The authorities are doing their statutory duties by removing illegal immigrants from the country. Illegal immigrants are also law breakers. I'm all for helping people and stuff but the way they are doing it isn't right. Harboring and aiding an illegal immigrant is also a crime.

Im the U.S. you will still need a search warrant even if the pursuit is imminent as in hot; considering the police did not physically witness anyone entering. They could have said absolutely not and do not consent.
