Thank you for fixing the mic, dog bless.
The deck used to play a time sieve to spin into with urza to win instantly
So you do actually have a way to win the then you combo off. Using Urza, you spin repeatedly until you hit kaldra and nettlecyst. You equip the hasty kaldra to nettlecyst, making the germ as large as your entire collection of artifacts and swing for lethal with trample.
I have intense PTSD with any Thopter Foundry deck, a guy in my LGS has always liked janky and slow decks, he played this as soon as it got unbanned.
It was hell, every single match went to extra turns.
With the addition of Crime Novelist in the newest set (And Meria a few sets back), you can go deeper into the combo running a 3/4C mana base (Backed up with stuff like Chromatic Spheres and Stars). While the mana is riskier, going Red opens you up to Goblin Engineer setups (As well as 3-drop enabliers as opposed to Urza).
You can use Meria, scholar of Antiquity as a budget version of urza... One less mana and it combo's off like him
May i suggest the new crime novelist, also goes infinite w sword and foundary, a kindof substitute for urza
I really like hte editing, feels like magic aids without the vocal fry
Would cryptic coat work in the stone blade package as a backup plan for SFM getting removed?
typical titan player, punts, refuses to concede
This deck is too weak but opponents didnt bother sideboarding xD
