That was a brutal dry season this year. We also had a few died and the trees started looking stressed . Get ready for the next one it's from what I'm hearing going to be worse . We induced early flowering this year and worked well with many steps to take. Definitely be more involved in the process to prevent any issues like you had this year .good luck mate
will be in Ban Na san in 3 weeks, definitely hard getting good workers who know what they are doing. our durian suffered because they were not watered enough, and the older ones have bark rot. You can;t yell at them !! they get all offended.
Thanks for the update. Our first lot of trees were planted at about the same time as yours, but we have had to replace about 30% of them. I wonder if you have experienced any losses? Mind you, we are in the mountains in the Uttaradit province, and the soil is nowhere near as good as yours.
Haven’t seen your channel in a while… great to see it again. 👍🏻
Beautiful dogs. Huskies are popular in Thailand.
I have an English bulldog here in Thailand.

I’ve been looking forward to a farm update. I’ve been following since you planted those trees.
I wish you a bountiful harvest next season.
The farm update we have all been waiting for! Dogs and Durians living in harmony! Penn is really gaining experience of operating your farm.
Welcome to the reality of farming.

Question. How many durian trees can u plant in one acre of land ? My understanding is 110. 20 feet apart. Is that right?
people put different amount, 11x11, we have 8x8, but 4x8 looks good to me
We did 7x7 . That gives you about 32 per Rai .
