    Day 1 : Pain was all I felt
    Day 2: I tried it with my brother he was Dying so bad on the first Day ...so was I NGL
    Day 3: I was exhausted And so was my brother
    Day 4: I was listening to Songs while doing it So it wasn't that bad Still dying inside.
    Day 5: Still Pain but my brother gave up.
    Day 6: I fell down the stairs By sliding down on my foot and landed on my Back. 🙌👏 The most precious scene that my brother And I saw 💀

      Make sure you push your stomach and back up. The pain in the neck is happening because you are trying to lift the whole torso. Just focus on pushing your stomach up and you'll notice it :)

      @@Baerschen1981 i think if you never feel sore you should take about 2 - 3 rest days if u really want a lot of muscle so yeah. u can also workout one day and then don't the next day and repeat

      @@jamino9288 well, I decided to do my workout every day. Because I have my routine. I only skip a day when I am too tired or when I have headache or other pain. And I think as long as my body can handle with everything I and I don't have any problems, it is ok for me.
