Scooter on the freeway! Please use your mirrors.

I spent a solid minute behind this scooter on the freeway, and never once, he acknowledged that I'm behind him nor used his mirrors to check his surroundings. You can do better.

Scooter is going just a bit faster then traffic. That’s correct filtering. Its not a race my guy. You’re filtering is too fast for traffic conditions.
