In this episode of "Podcast with Fraz" we have Sanjay with us. Sanjay is a software Engineer at Amazon and what motivated me is his journey to reach Amazon coming from a Tier 3 college.
He attempted JEE mains but got 80,000 rank. Then took a drop year and this time could not even qualified the exam and got admission in a Tier 3 college.
We will be discussing his journey from Tier 3 to cracking Amazon and will know how he started coding and development in college.
It's going to be a fun discussion with lots of ups and downs, so enjoy it.

I think jee is not that important to get an high package..its all based on your skills and experience. Even tier 3 college student can crack 1cr+ package and there are many interviews of such student on CZcams. If you failed to crack jee it's fine just improve yourself in programming languages do few projects and you are good to go..I know it's not that easy but you have to struggle everywhere if you want something big right..So all The best aspirants

Exceptions will always be there, doesn't mean it's easy. Maybe this guy was jee guy but didn't cracked due to any circumstances, tag matters bro and iits are iits, it makes ur way smoother
And earning 1 cr+ is not halwa even I'm in Nitp I know how much hard work it takes and luck too, even nitian aren't able to earn crore and you're talking about other than tag bro go into reality don't be live in the shadow

These podcast is just amazing and motivating... I currently got 2nd tier govt. cllg after jee drop... But instead of getting demotivated I already started to learn java and completed it till inheritance...I didn't even knew about jee exam 2 years back but internet made it possible...And people like you are guiding me because I don't have anyone who have knowledge in this field.....Being from tier 3 city I never knew that their are so many things to learn but now I want to give focus to this. Thank you so much!
Same with me I'm not getting cse in state govt. Clg, then I took a pvt clg whose fees is so much for me but its placement and ROI was good now I'll start learning & exploring about many things. I prepared for jee in drop year not getting good clg..I'll start will Html Css but when clg will start then I know then whole day will waste in clg & 75%+ attendance is must in clg.

@@mohdaqibgazi5756 no! It doesn't matter. If you get NITs, it doesn't matter at all. Just make sure you get any NIT any branch, it will be fine. Otherwise thoda problem ho sakta hai.

failing in jee doesnot mean that person can not crack top product based companies . why you put such type of titles.

Why everyone is writing tier 3 etc . If there is 60 percent reservation why we are so much obsessed with IIT and NIT . More over the fees for this 60 percent peoples is very less . which is taken from our taxes .
