How To Set Up A Foil

Setting up your foil properly and understanding some basic foiling concepts can make a big difference in your experience out on the water. Foiling is one of if not my favorite thing on the water right now and I want you to have the opportunity to feel flying on top of the water. In the wake (get it lol) of the foiling craze starting, it would be awesome to cover safety/basics. I have been riding a bit and seeing all sort of things, wondering if I could send you some ideas and if you might be interested in covering foiling safety / beginners basics with your audience? I left a comment on a recent video from Lift Foils and I saw a few things looked over that I think are important for folks to understand when starting or coaching others on the foil....

I haven't seen anyone address what board you should ride for your weight. Is rider build not a factor in choosing a Hyperlite board? Im 6'2'' 210 lbs
