I wasn't shocked by the diagnosis. I'd been saying for months that Kate was painfully thin, so skinny she didn't look healthy. I'm sure others noticed it too. Her clothes literally just hung off of her. I truly hope, for the sake of her family, especially her children, that she has a full recovery.
