      Taken out of context, immediately after the cut she says “away from the fog of controversy.” She meant that there wouldn’t be a rational discussion of the bill until after its passage. Granted, that is still a sorry state of affairs, but she was not suggesting the contents would not be revealed until passage-indeed, that is not possible. Outside of security-related closed sessions, all bills are public record *before* passage.

    This video is great. It completely flips the stereotypes about the UK and the US on their heads. The UK is shown not to be the stuffy, rigid, excruciatingly formal place the US often portrays it to be. Equally, we're reminded that US culture perhaps isn't necessarily represented by a Clint Eastwood (a rugged individual free to determine his own destiny), but perhaps by Ted Cruz, a puritanical, clean-cut family man unable to express the slightest individuality.
