Masyado marami at baka kulang na sa mantika? Kulang sa luto kung makunat. Pwede mo tikman kung malutong na while cooking. And malalaman mo din kung mas dark na ang kulay ng skin.

Great! Yes, it could be the heat. The peanuts burn easily if the heat is too high. Patience is the key :) I am glad it turned well this time.

Yes, pagkaluto ng garlic, reduce mo lang ang heat to low then lagay mo agad ang mani. Madali kasi masusunog pag malakas ang apoy.
@arlene oro baka sobrang hina ng apoy mo. Color will change kapag luto na mas dark sya. Kung makunat na makunat hilaw pa perkung medyo makunat at dark na sya, lulutong pa habang pinapalamig mo. May mga tips sa end ng video kung tinapos mo.

That's how it's called could be because it's heavily infused with garlic. You can google "Adobong Mani" to verify that's the name of this deep fried peanuts.
You made it too complicated and so what of it has ajinomoto seasoning?!!!
You can always change the procedure however you want or whatever works for you. No need to be upset with the free tutorial. You can add Ajinomoto if you like and how much you want to add. "It's free to be nice."
