Fresh off his 5 Grammy wins, including Album of the Year for “We Are”, Jon shared how he felt when he heard his name, what he was thinking during his amazing Grammy speech, having Billie Eilish and Lady Gaga rooting for him, not being categorized and breaking the algorithm. He also talked about his relationship and respect for Quincy Jones and Spike Lee, being influenced by New Orleans, growing up in a musical family, Kanye West making sure that we all win, being great at more than one thing, speaking from the heart and knowing he wanted to marry his wife within one week.

A wonderful interview. I have never had much interest in the Grammies or taken such a real interest in a musician the way I have but I surprised myself as how excited I was that Jon won. Music has always been my connection to spirit/God but discovering Jon's music has added a joy to my life. I love his spiritual connection and open-heartedness, and how he talks about Suleika, another wonderful teacher. I could listen to them both for ever. I loved Nessa too. First time I've ever watched her show and thought she was a great host. :-D I'll have to watch this a few times to get as much out of it as I can. Thank you so much for being there.
