- Can foot drop be cured without surgery
Mohammed is an online client who lives in Singapour and has been suffering from L3 L$, L4 L5, L5 S1 disc Bulges and severe foot drop for the last 7 weeks. He wasn't able to walk without a limp and his left side was totally numb with severe lack of strength, pins and needles, and Sciatica pain.
He has been suggested to do surgery, but he decided to contact me and we have started his rehab plan 6 months ago with me and this is his recovery video that I would like to share with you. His lower back pain, sciatica pain and discomfort has been improved completely and he is totally pain free. His foot drop is completely gone and he is able to walk now pain free.
In this video I've simply gone through his story and he shares with you what he went through since he got his MRI report and how he found the online program so far.
If you are suffering from sciatica, disc bulges, disc herniation, conservative treatment and customized rehab exercises are the 1st and best option for your recovery.
If you need help, feel free to leave me a comment and I would be happy to help. If you need further assistance you can always book an online consultation for a customized rehab plan.

I have a foot drop caused by a bush knife wound on my right knee and I can't walk properly are there any ways that can help to recover?
If it’s a direct nerve damage ? It is not much you can do !! It’s a permanent damage.
My husband is in prison and randomly got foot drop with zero pain. He isn't able to get treatment and I'm trying to help him as much as I can. I'd really appreciate any help or advice
I’ll be happy to help, can he get access to any CZcams videos ? If he can I have a video that he can follow 👇

After having a stroke, I have footdrop, and also found I have a bulging disc in my lower back, L5 I think. I would love to be able to fix this. How is the question. ANYONE have the answers? Please help if you know the solution. Please.
I can't give you any feedback unless I know everything about your case. No body can help you with the information you shared here. Beside that, there is no quick over night plan. If you interested to get a rehab plan, we can organise a session and go through your case and I'll give you a clear feedback. Bob

I have a foot drop . It happened a month ago , what are the solutions
I can’t provide you solution, but if I know you I’ll be happy to help you with a customised plan. Let me know if you want to get back in action 😃👍
Did you do MRI of lumbar spine? Foot drop IS INDICATION FOR URGENT SURGERY. The longer the nerve compression lasts the worse the prognosis of recovery if analyzed by literature.
I am a neurosurgeon with expertise in spine surgery. VERY RARELY does foot drop completly resolve through physical theraphy
@@brainstorm-wx8ynno bro doctor told the it is completely normal
I have foot drop
@@brainstorm-wx8yn Totally disagree. I am a very active person. About 5 weeks ago I suffered from hip pain and foot drop. I first went to a doctor and PT. They diagnosed me with bursitis. However after a week of PT I knew it was not bursitis. I have been seeing a chiropractor for the past 3 weeks and the pain has decreased from a 9 out of 10 to a 2 out of 10. Sciatic pain 100% gone. I am a long distance runner and yesterday I was able to walk a complete mile on a treadmill. Hard to believe but that was a major accomplishment for me. SURGERY needs to be your last option. There are other non-surgical options.
@@Satisshh.__ hello how are you doing is it fully recover?

@@bobthephysio Hello, my friend, I could not write to you
@@bobthephysio I want to talk to you but I couldn't contact you, I'm in Russia
i have severe foot drop there no hope for me
Well I can’t only tell you nothing is impossible 😃💪
I believe I can help:
1. Do an MRI of lumbar spine, most likely cause
2. Do an EMNG of lower extremities so we can see how bad the nerve damage is
3. If you want to confirm the results, do an MRI of affected muscle. If MRI shows hyperintensity this is a denervation sign and SURGERY IS INDICATED.
* Eventually disc extrusion reapsorps, but only AFTER the damage to nerve has been done
Put the results here and maybe we can help you.
Useless...all talk and no action.
Sam your are on the wrong channel. If ur looking for more action, you have to subscribe and pay for it.
"Bob the Physio" that just talks. Change the name to "Bob the Talker".
Physios do the work and tell you what to do. I've seen many videos here on Foot drop. Yours is one of the worst. You're stating the obvious. @@bobthephysio
