This technician was Brilliant. He explained every step in detail. Great job 👏 👍
Ahh yeah he doesn't play around - Hope it was helpful!
Probably the most complete and concise video on riser installation thank you!
Looks very good man. I'm just putting bars and risers on my FXLRS, can't wait to get my bike back :) Thanks for making and posting this, very informative and educational. I love seeing the insides and appreciate how much work it takes to do a bar job on a Harley. Very nice of Mike to let you film everything, he's great at explaining the process as well.
Yeah I've definitely butchered many a bar job myself in my time - No one does it better than the doctor 🏥 ⚡️
Really cool that he went step by step showing everything including bleeding brake lines. Rad video dude. 🤘 new riser setup looks sick.
Thanks! Tried to make this one helpful for anyone looking to do the job
These look great, great mechanic explaining as he goes.
Thanks for checking it out!
Wow! They look incredible. You can see the quality 🔥🤘🏼
Yeah they're solid man - Definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for bars
Looks great-great video showing the process
Glad you're still a part of it man! Got any new tracks coming?
Must have for the ST. Did 10" as well. Love the riding position. (same height as BK)
Solid man - What did you do for bushings?
Oi,bom dia de Armação de Pêra 🇵🇹 🌴 ✌🏻
Enjoying my holiday now 😁
Gorgeous here in Portugal, thanks for the story re-post yesterday 🤙🏻 🌊 going for a swim
Thanks for repping the channel man!
@@FXDLSBrooklyn anytime *everyone* I go brother ✌🏻
Great video! The best I've ever seen.
Appreciate it - It was a lot of work so I'm glad it was helpful!
Can't wait to get mine on ! thx!
What height did you go with?
@@FXDLSBrooklyn 10 inch
Looks dope 🔥
They're definitely quality ⚡️
I think those risers would look great with a lucky Dave’s riser bar or thrashin high bend !!!
Yeah I'm curious to see people mix and match with these
Looks nice! I'm going to have to put risers on mine as well, leaning towards the Thrashin 9.5 inch pull backs. Only thing I've been worried about is I've heard of some people having issues with a lot of the cable extensions out there
Right on! So far so good on my end in terms of cables!
Finally 🤙⚡️🗽
Longest video I've ever made by a lot
Fantastic video!
Any chance you might have noted which cable part numbers you ordered from DBC for your brake, clutch and control cable extensions??
Great work. I'd love to see a ride review.

This man is a Saint for doing all his work with a camera in his face.
I get antsy just knowing someone is watching me work. 😅
Always a good time 🔧 ⚡️
Theres a special tool to reset the ABS Right.?
Do you turn the yellow plastic piece on the clutch cable to the right to tighten? Or to the left? I did the 6 inch risers on my own bike and I feel like it’s just a little loose then it was before I did it lol
Cool stuff! SOA has been off the air for years and we still see these bars and risers. Im a sportster guy
Why replace the abs junction box ? I’ve seen other people swap to a 90 degree fitting when putting the brake line back on. Why did they do that ?
What is the purpose of replacing the front brake lines and junction block when only the feed line length changed.?
How many hours labor did he charge? IM looking into thrashin' risers and bars. Dealer told me 8 hours. I did lucky daves 14inch pull backs on my dyna in about 2 hours. Obviously I didn't have to bleed brake lines, or depin wiring
Hey dude those bars look sweet 🤟 just a quick question, like you I ride year round on my bike. I'm looking at the Avon cobra chrome tyres before winter hits. Don't suppose you can give any Input on those?
I typically run Commander twos/threes on everything, those have been the winning formula for me
I’ve been wanting to change things up on my daily ride I think I’m going to go with these but without the gauge mount.
Yeah the other version is pretty dope
What wire extensions did you use? Or did you make your own?
Thanks
Great video , thanks . Whats the pipe thats on that bike ?
Thanks .
Fab 28
Bad ass. What hand levers are you running on that?

@@FXDLSBrooklyn Thanx!!
Been waiting on this one! Someone told me you can’t do risers with abs at home for some reason?
You need the computer/machine to do an ABS bleed
@@FXDLSBrooklyn thanks brother! Just scheduled an install and recall appointment at my local dealership💪🏽
What's a handle bar job like that cost.?
Getting a code p2146a after changing bars any idea...?
Not sure if you mentioned it but what length of clutch cable and brake line did you use?
He said 14”. I also did 10” risers with 2-3” bar and 14”s worked perfectly
@@rajarimoore2410 I decided to do something different. I went oversized and I routed the brake line forward and through the triple tree. Kind of like the clutch cable. Looks clean.
