We started of with the perfect solution to Breakfast in Sydney or Brunch in Sydney which is a cafe called Sandoitchi that specialise in Japanese Sandwich or Japanese Sando.
For Lunch we headed up pass the harbour bridge towards Crows nest for some Japanese BBQ or Yakiniku with Wagyu Beef. Now one pro tip come at Lunch time as they have special deals and perfect value for your money if you are looking for cheap eats here in Sydney.
Finally Azuki in Newtown for those Japanese bakery with items that you normally find in a Japanese convenient store like 7 eleven or those street food items in Osaka like Melon pan!

Very cool - you're making me hungry. We were supposed to have been in Japan right now but.. oh well. I missed the shokupan so much I learned to make it. Otherwise it is hard to find or too expensive. And melonpan ice cream sandwiches are the best - might have to make a trip to Sydney - once the borders open up again... 😀
Omg... the Kashiwa Yakiniku beefs... The lunch special is definitely a steal, and you get so much meat. I'm salivating at that platter! Always taste better when it's grilled with charcoal!! mmmm.... I can almost smell it from here! Love the marbling on the Wagyu....~~~

We have never tried melon pan before. We love matcha, we would love that one. Love how fluffy the pans looked! We have seen quite a few people eating those cakes in Mukbang before... and they almost look like a fruit sandwich the way the cake is layered!! So delicate. Damn that's a thick egg sandwich at Sandoitchi... Steve would love to try it and compare it to the traditional NYC egg sandwich... it seems like a very worthy contender for best egg sandwich, and good call on no added bacon.

Should visit Sea Bay, Pitt St, across from World Square. Offer pulled noodle, various noodle, different types of dumplings, lamb skewers and different vegetables. Try the hit and sour noodle with dumplings. Need to book and try to go early otherwise will need to wait for a table as frequent by after office workers. All the food taste very good.
