33 minutes are all I needed
Oh hey I watched your channel a couple years ago. Huh
Hey
To this day that's still true
Heyyy dox
33 minutes, i wish
"This is Jewish masochism, I kept the radio on"
I laughed so hard I woke up the cat
Can somebody explain this to me?
@@cannedtuna6114 It's like a thing in the Jewish community to be a bit masochistic. Jewish guilt. It sort of has to do with the whole idea that you have to suffer for your sins or just suffer in general before you feel any sort of pleasure. Catholics deal with a similar thing
“I had 33 minutes” i fucking lost it
"that's all I needed"
@@WangMotions although its not all i want..
Wang Motions, To this day that is still true. Sounds about right.
@@WangMotions Still to this day
What’s so incredibly fucking hilarious??
A legend has died today. RIP and thanks for the good stories.
😦 I just found out through your comment. May god bless him in his journey beyond. 🙏
This video hits different now. RIP
No! he died!?!?
Whatttttttt RIP
Larry lives on through his lines, as his lovely self.
this is one of the funniest interviews I've ever heard!
The interviewer laughing is what got me lol
"when the nights were gay"
Not all the nights apparently.
My nights are
@@dimthecat9418 Didn’t need to know that. I’d like you to give me back my naïveté of not knowing that from 10 seconds ago.
@@brandonwilliams6221 my nights are filled with furry femboys and I want you to know
@@dimthecat9418 I hope you're not referring to your cat
@@yuckfoutube3 I’m talking about like furries in the furry fandom. That’d be disgusting
Awesome. After interviewing thousands of the most interesting people on the planet earth King has mastered the art of story telling.
Didn't hurt that he had hundreds to choose from, either
Should've just invited her to the studio
Or he couldve brought her with him when he fixed the record
Exactly what I was thinking...
@@mathieuschuler366 what if there's his boss and co workers show up to see what's wrong with the tape

Could of, should of, would of...the poor guy was in a panic.
We need another Larry King story. This is the best one y'all have done.
:(
I agree!
Hello friend how are you doing today hope you are enjoying your day?
Rest in Peace Larry King
the endearment of an old soul like Larry is irreplaceable
That was MUCH better than I thought it would be. Very satisfying.
I still can't get that picture of Larry King half-naked in suspenders in his office out of my mind. Funny stuff by the way. I really enjoy your videos.
This is one of the funniest things I've heard in my life, flawlessly, hilariously narrated. Rest in peace, Mr. King.
This was the most funniest thing I heard this week! I need that one!
RIP Larry King. I loved these stories in the 70s & 80s when I listened all the time. I even called in and talked to one of his wives on the air.
"...Jewish masochism..."
So funny. Larry King was a player.
MarqueeMoon2990: He wasn't a player if she wanted the D and made her desires explicitly clear.
This is literally the opposite of what being a player is.
Larry King was the King of DJs. The relatability as a minor wedding dj when someone wants to talk and the song messes up. That is a brutal cold sweat that man must have felt.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best interviews blank on blank has done.
R.I.P. Larry King. Why doesn't this channel put out content anymore? I loved seeing these videos. I love the animation matching the story the person is telling.
Alot of work little reward
They went broke
Just watched this yesterday and now hearing the news, crazy world we live in
where the nights where the nights where the nights where the nights where the nights where the nights where the nights
Hahahahaha!!!!! "Where The Nights, Where The Nights, Where The Nights. And Larry King discover hip hop scratching by accident. Hahahahaha!!!!
Dj Kool Herc & Rockit we're listening as a child to Larry King set. Hip Hop founded on a quickie!!! Hilarious!!! LMAO
+Think2 B If Larry was really smart he would had told the trick "hey why don't you bring your ass to the station if you really want me that bad". Problem solved.
best story ever
R.I.P Larry King
A great voice, and a great inspiration for me to work in the radio.
I recorded a longer version of this story off his radio show in the early 80s. In that version, the horny woman is married and says that her husband comes home at 6, so he’d better come over now. He also mentions that WAHR’s transmitter had all of 250 watts and only had a range of maybe 20 blocks.
One little problem is that King was 23 in 1957 and the Belafonte album in question was recorded and released in 1959. He’s been known for embellishing his little tales before (like the one about going to the Carvel in New Haven), but he ought to try to make them plausible.
That song was released in 1957
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamaica_Farewell
@@susanl.fensore1314 That it was, but "Belafonte at Carnegie Hall" was released in 1959.
The guy is telling a story from many decades ago…only natural that some details get forgotten or mixed up
In every version of his Carvel story, he had future star Sandy Koufax in New Haven with him. But Koufax said he didn’t even know King as a youth and had never been to New Haven.
rest in piece to the goat, forever missed man.
Rest in Peace Larry King for your decades of amazing interviews and entertainment.
My opinion on this guy flipped a 180 for this story!
why this changed your mind and what was your opinion on him if you don't mind asking?
@@j0hn00arthur I never followed him and always assumed he was just some stuffy old fart ranting about politics.
@@ElectricIguana ok so you were just misinformed and made an opinion based on that
@@j0hn00arthur Right. That's typically how I go about things.
Lol 7 years later you respond; gotta respect it
I heard Larry tell this story on AM radio when I was a kid, I used to stay up all night listening to the radio. Larry has always been a favorite of mine.
I have watched about half of these now, and this is the best one yet. Absolutely hilarious.
"sad to say im on my way"- That is so true right now. Rest in Piece you magnificent bastard
RIP Larry King
Uncontrollable laughter and empathy. He was an incredible storyteller!!
[Personal backstory. Larry King worked at WIOD in Miami and many years later - so did I! ...anchored the morning news, was the director of public affairs, and hosted a weekend talk show. I was there during the era of MURPHY BROWN - a "fictional" single parent news woman, who a real-life vice-presidential candidate (Dan Quayle) took on for political gain. (insert major side-eye here) I was pregnant with my daughter at the time, an independent single mom to be, the only 'anchor of color' on the team, and my colleagues lovingly gave me the nickname "BROWN MURPHY." It stuck for years! ...Good times!] Anyway, he left a BIG chair there! And Larry King's presence and legacy never left those lovely (North Bay Village) studios on the water. RiP.
For god's sake!!! Just when you get lucky, something fucks up xD
The universe has a way of always raining on your parade just when you're about to score. It's like the natural order of things.
I love how the interviewers are pissing themselves with laughter
Still my favorite King story and piece of media about him. Rest in peace.
Hilarious story. Loved the ending. I could listen to Larry King tell stories and probably never get tired of it. You got yourself a new subscriber. =)
Sounds like something from Curb Your Enthusiasm. If only I had stories his awesome.
OH THIS IS SO GREAT! Thanks for the laugh and the lovely animation!!

...I came back to this, just now, after hearing the news. Man: what an absolute IMMENSE talent. I haven't smiled this big all day...

It was a shock to find out you went to the other side...
I've watched every blank on blank. They are awesome, especially with the animation. Anyway, this one has stuck with me the most. I don't know if it's how he tells the story, or if it's the story itself, but it's unforgettable.
R.I.P. Legend. This is really a funny story.
I just saw this on PBS a moment ago. I hadn't laughed that hard in a while! Excellent story.

Larry King's real life experiences can be that perfectly thematic. *sheds tear"
I was there stationed at Homestead AFB working late shift. always listened to Larry King and been a fan ever since. everybody was calling and upset that Harry Belafonte music kept skipping. No answer no response. I never knew what happened until I saw this. He was best late night host!!!!! LOL LOL LOL
My God. That's fantastic.
