Eggedosis -- Norwegian Eggnog

This delicious light drink or dessert sauce is extremely simple to make. I first came across this dish perhaps two decades ago.

Recipe (serves 4):

2 eggs
2 T (25g) sugar
Additions:
Berries
Alcoholic beverages
Combine eggs and sugar. Whip until firm.
Serve over berries, or with a little bit of flavorings including alcoholic beverages.
