I think the problem is why that Turbo crank doesn't work with kx500 is because it's not a case Reed motor, every dyno I've seen where it added about 15% were case Reed Motors. I know that pulse injection carb works with any kind of Reed motor kx500 and CR500., maybe that will cure the problem who knows. I think the air flow coming from the top hitting the crank while the turbo crank is trying to reverse it and push it back up
I really appreciate your suggestion. That would be as good a guess as any except that it works fine on a 98 KX250 which is a non case reed engine :-) We are playing with several ideas... I hope we find the issue and can fix it without too much issue but you never know... Thanks again!
