How To Extract a Broken Bolt 😳

This video shows the process of how to extract a broken bolt. We were replacing the belts on this 1998 Honda Prelude, and the tensioning bolt under the alternator when the head snapped off the bolt. This was our painful process of extracting the broken bolt from the alternator.

Nice job! I’ve had a lot of success adding a groove across the bolt with a chisel, file, saw, or cutting disc on the Dremel and turning it out with a flat screwdriver.
