I grew up riding 2 strokes. I'm definitely biased but I love all bikes and would rip a 4. Its the smell, sound , and power delivery of a 2 that I love. I've been on a CR500...the power was unbelievable.
Real riders have fun on both 2stroke and 4stroke. Its still 2 wheels, plastics, frame, seat. Both have diffrent power delivery. Both have their pros and cons. 95% simular the other 5% gives you a diffrent rush than the other.
I raced MX from the age of about 9 through HS graduation. Was 250 expert class on KX250’s. Am 61 now and rode a KTM300XCW. I have never owned a 4-stroke dirt bike so, I don’t get this comparison at all. To me…it is the smoke. It is intoxicating! 🤙
