Had a 1979 PE175, a great woods bike, but really wanted an IT.
This was the first motorcycle I ever owned and where I developed my passion for motorcycles. Riding and working on this bike had a significant impact on my life, my career and my love for motorcycles. This video brings back incredible memories.
What a beautiful time capsule that little IT is, gosh that takes me back. I get to relive the best times in life every time I watch these vids, thanks Kaplan crew ✌️🇺🇸
Wow ,stunning example,I've been IT bonkers for 40 years 😅❤🇬🇧🙏🇺🇸💯👌
I was always a big fan of IT's since I was a young kid, although I never owned one before. Always loved their blue and yellow color schemes. I had no clue they ever had made 125's. Any true Yamaha fan will love those vintage block graphics on the gas tank.
Look how lightweight she looks with huge ground clearance so you can rock her over a fallen OAK tree 👌💯
I got the same bike few years ago , a 175 just as clean .831$ rode it few years and sold it for 2000 good investment on an excellent bike😎🇺🇸
Iv'e still got the 1980 issue of " Dirt Bike" in which they did a test on the IT125 . We didn't get the 125 in New Zealand, they may have in Australia I think .Sometimes OZ got bikes that we didn't, notably Honda MR 175 and 250 Elsinores, but when the first XR500 pro link came out , we got it , and they didn't. Sometimes I'd like to go back to 1980 , dirt bikes were super popular here then , as I know they were in America, also, only being sixteen again , and enjoying myself on my TT500 E , would be cool to repeat.
Awesome looking Yamaha IT125 absolutely awesome beautiful work wizard I love the gold chain Kaplan Cycles number one God Bless America❤
What a gem!
When I thought I was king of the hill in the mid 80’s with my YZ 80 j a mates older brother offered me a ride on his IT 490… my balls dropped that day.
I think the IT has an amazing colour system and graphics.
Your title says YAMAHA IT175 made me shocked to see it's a 125 ...it's a unicorn
Wow never knew Yamaha made one of these!
A classic motorcycle waiting for a new home.

What does a bike like that cost to ship to New Mexico
It would probably be around $600. Call them to make sure though. I bought a streetbike from them. They delivered it to my house for $600, and I live in Louisiana. They did the same for me, when I bought a GasGas dirtbike from them, and charged me $600 for that. Their motorcycle delivery guy, James Waterman, is supercool and very careful with customer's bikes. He straps each bike down 3 times, so they don't move in transit. He also puts a very thick blanket over each bike, so they don't get scratched up in transit. James is a Marine Veteran, and former Connecticut State Trooper. Truly a very nice guy, that takes alot of pride in his work performance. Nobody has any worries when James handles and delivers their bike. I hope this info helps you. Call them to be sure, because I'm just a fan of theirs like yourself, that does business with them all of the times. The Kaplans are the nicest, most fair and honest people around to do business with. They're old school and take a great deal of pride in everything they do. Everyone of the people they employ, including James, is the same way. They are truly a first class business operation, that Never disappoints. Take Care, Brother.
175 or 125?
