At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. Unfortunately due to previous horrible stupid life decisions, I'm forced to start with a zero balance in my savings account. On the bright side, the huge amount of debt - consequence of those bad decisions will be payed off next month! 🥳 It's never too late to start saving like there's no tomorrow, and I'm really REALLY excited and motivated. Saw some info on Diamond Chanel's channel; is she your daughter? I will also subscribe to her channel as well; just wanted to make sure it wasn't a scammer, lol. I am grateful for your platform; so many things not aware of in the past now trying to get it right. I will be 59 this year so my goal is to become more credit savvy before I reach retirement. A tradeline means that you are a authorized user of someone else's credit card. You don't have to have possession of the card, but their credit history will reflect on your credit report...a parent or family member with EXCELLENT credit can be a "tradeline" I graduated college with 97,000 in debt"...that right there is a Huge problem..schools have become a business that drain students of money and yet, no one is stepping in to help the students who then graduate with massive debt and have difficulty paying it off...Having that much debt can be overwhelming for ANYONE...Especially a young 20 something who hasn't even began their career. But i really thank you for this video because i found Jack and within few week they fixed my Credit score which is hindrance by student loan and added a large tradeline thanks a lot 850Financialassessment🟡com

All this happened in about 12 months. Thank you so very much. You changed my life. It's amazing how much the system does not tell Black people. Swapalease has a certain number of miles that the car can be driven each month. This guy is the truth. Not many people will share the game with you like he does.
When you making that much off the car you don’t even care about those miles. Pay for the lil bit that you might go over.

Smart cars typically don’t have mileage restrictions.
The mileage restrictions actually do apply to electric cars on swapalease.

Lol... Yes, what he was describing about the credit cards is called manufactured spending. It's not illegal but highly frowned upon by the credit card companies. A lot of people do it to stack up on points and airline miles.

I really like the creativity of this business model and appreciate the exposure to it. Just like any business, it’s just not for everybody.

Responding to around 14:00 , I bought things with my credit card and just sold them I actually made money from the sell and got the points keep your profit and pay the card back. YOU HAVE TO BE DISCIPLINED!! Think long term and not short

I had 17 inquiries I would like removed, 3 are from leasing companies for apartments I did not get, and 9 others are from 4 credit card companies that pulled my information twice each that I applied to months ago but just now showed up, I didn't get either card, My credit went from a 747 to a 611 in a matter of a week. I got referred to Creditbackdoors🎡com by few trusted clients and I can say they're the best because all the 12 inquiries got deleted and my score was raised to the 800's

Bro theres so much that gets left out. What people dont realize is that dealer ships require a certain amount of maintenance on leased cars. If you take over a lease where the person didnt do the required maintenance in the lease contract your going to be responsible for the maintenance aka mechanic bills. If you dont do the maintenance they can tag on huge fees when you turn in the car. Also some leases only allow a certain amount of miles to be put on a car so letting someone drive a smart car around and put thousands of miles on it may go against your lease agreement you took over. If you exceed the allowed mileage on a lease you pay a hefty fee. You see I totally believe in this guy no bullshit I just wish he would be alot more thorough and the guy doing the interview would quit saying wow thats amazing without asking alot more questions. Let me be clear Im not hating Im just asking for this him500 guy to be alot more detailed because you can get really screwed on a car lease plus the other stuff he talks about. For instance at the end he says he back dates the letters to the credit bureaus 2 weeks. Doesn't he realize just because the letter is back dated 2 weeks the evelope he puts it in gets dated by the post office the day he sends it out. The credit bureau can see the post mark date on the outside of the envelope and know he didn't send out 2 weeks before the post mark date on the envelope. So in fairness if Im wrong on this last statement about back dating letters 2 weeks to the credit bureaus then please give me the knowledge im missing because I'm humble enough to listen. Every letter I send out the post office puts a mark on it when they receive it and then it goes out to whoever im mailing to.

Back in the days when I was starting my career, I ended up in a financial emergency and applied for about 5 cards. Amex was the only one that approved me for Green. Although it was a charge card, it gave me much needed few weeks. I'm keeping it ever since, out of respect for a company that helped me out

Damn this story hits me on so many levels.... From where I've been to where I currently am to where I'm headed... I know those ups and downs too well .... Going from making $2500 per week ,living my best life to living with my sister and her 5 kids, sleeping on the couch or a twin bed...having to ride the bus or roll a hoopty.. but even with all of that, remaining inspired and optimistic, knowing that it's all happening for a reason ... And continue to set plays in motion , while praying for a better day..

Who's the 3 people who would wrap our cars? When you use a debit card & credit card to purchase an item online. Do it have to be the same company? When doing a refund.

For those that may be lost with the CC, he is basically talking about manufactured spending which when you boil it down is you use your credit card to purchase say a Gift Card preferably Visa depending on the vendor it may go through and you use the visa gift card and go to Walmart or some other place that sells money orders and purchase it using the GC and you put that money order in the bank and use that to pay off the balance of your CC and just reap the rewards whether it be cashback or points or miles.
Waisted time revenue is king. This is a broke mans game and would only sound like sound advice to someone that’s broke
