Also, you did awesome! Congrats on the precious little lady 🤍
hahaha she is a human! Thank you!
Mama you did so amazing! So glad you recovered well from that roller coaster. Congratulations on the baby girl 💜
Congratulations to you all!! You already love 💕💕💕💕💕💕 sweet baby girl!!
My daughters and I have been waiting patiently for this 💕💕💕 Congratulations mom and dad 🍼🌻💝
Thank you so much 💕💕
I love 💗 watching birth vlogs and husbands being their birth panthers for their wives
The dog casually sitting on the chair at the table with them 😂👌🏻
You are such a trooper!! God is good, you look great!
Great job and congrats on your new addition!
I'm getting induced in 10 days and so happy I came across this video. Thank you for sharing your experience.
I really loved how you guys explained and showed everything! We're getting close to baby time and they might have to induce me. So it was really nice to see a positive induction experience (the induction part anyways!)
the induction was great! good luck mama... you"ll do great!!
Congratulations. Rowan is beautiful. Thankfully for her size you were induced. I can imagine how you felt during the bleeding. Rest and enjoy this time with your family. Beautiful video.
I’m getting induced on Sunday! Thank you for your video and sharing your experience. It’s been a great help to me. 💕 congratulations!
My grandfather worked for the Birmingham News paper for 39 years!! Congrats on your baby girl!!
Ok....Great Grandma is crying happy tears!!!!
Lmao the dog just sitting there has me dying 😂😂😂😂
Way too go warrior woman!!
Couldn’t have done it without Bradley! Thank you 💕
Wow! My daughter was born Nov. 18th, 2017 and she weighed 8lbs 10oz and was 21 inches long. 😯 I also had the exact same situation happen with PPH and had to get a couple of blood transfusions. I was getting blood clots the size of watermelons! 🤪 I'm expecting #2 due in April. A lot of ptsd from that experience so I'm kind of anxious. 🥺 I'm glad you had an awesome team of doctors and nurses. I'm hoping I do this time. Also, my boyfriend also faints at the sight of blood so he had to sit down (away) for that, lol.
Just delivered at the same hospital 7 months ago! Congratulations Mama💗
That is so amazing! Congrats to you!!
Was this Henderson & Walt? I’m being induced tomorrow there!
I just saw this, funny to she the beginning , knowing the after!
Back labor is the WORST... Mama of 4 and thank God one was in my back. Horrid pain..congrats and good job mama.. awesome job!
When I went into labor with my second my contractions weren't painful either but I felt the pressure which is why I decide to go in and I was 5 cm by the time I got to the hospital
Way to go Bradley!! What a great husband and Daddy!!
Congratulations! 🎉 I’m getting induced in 5 days at 39+4 wks! I’m 2 cm dilated rn and 80% effaced :) I’m so excited to meet my baby
Also with my contractions at 2 cm dilated I can talk through them I feel shortness of breath but that’s about it no pain at all.
I was induced at 39+3 mostly because of my blood pressure but 2 Bc my son was measuring large . I was “laboring” for 30+ hours. I say that in quotations Bc I was not progressing at all. Literally contracting but 0cm for 30 hours. Ended in a failed progression so had a c section. For a while I was upset with how things went, but I eventually thought this was my baby’s story. This is how he got here, I’ll never be upset about that. My son came out 10lbs 9oz btw , so they were right lol. This is your and your baby’s STORY. Congratulations
Wow that is amazing! Every birth story is so different and equally as amazing! 💕
Gosh girl!! I work in surgery and for one delivery we used 90 laps🤯 40 is still ALOT tho girl. Sooo happy you are okay💜
holy cow that's a lot!!!!
Our Dr. said that was the one thing that actually worked, our son was born that same night after that one thing...Good Luck
I’m sorry to hear about your birth trauma. I had a similar experience. I pushed for 6.5 hours(should’ve never happened) and I hemorrhaged but they didn’t tell me that.. so I had to have a blood transfusion a few days later when I went back for something completely unrelated. It was terrible. I’m so glad you’re okay!
oh wow I'm glad you are okay! I can"t imagine pushing for that long
@@werethepicketts it was horrific. I also had my son 18 months after that experience and it was completely night and day! We are expecting our third baby Sept 2022!
No mother should be pushing for over 6 hours. Why did they do that?
@@colleenross8752 I have no idea. I was 17 and don’t know any better. I have a great Dr now though so it’s okay!
This account illustrates how dangerous it is to have an unassisted home birth. Sorry this happened. I'm sure it was tough to go through, and thanks for sharing it when you didn't have to. 👍
I get induced in 6 days and my anxiety is so high! I just want it to be over with but at the same Time not have to deal with it.😂
Congratulations...but girl I'm scared NOW Lol 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙏🏽🙏🏽🤲🏽🤲🏽
Inducing seems to be so common in the US? Is it a choice there?
You can always deny it, but OB’s in the US strongly advise against going past 41weeks. But you aren’t forced to go one way or the other .
So In her case, her dr probably offered an induction and she took it .
Yes you are right 🤗
Intervention is often over used here in the US. People can opt for csection, induction, etc, but doctors also push different interventions as well.
@@njjensen7671 c-section is a choice? Wow :) sadly here you have no choice in basically anything.. any form of pain medication is looked down on and if you ask for an epidural you will often not even get it because there’s nobody available to do it. And I live in The Netherlands, which is like a richer western country 😂
Your partner saying “overall wasn’t that bad” and then we cut to the story at the end… 😟
Inductions usually do not go we if the woman's body is not ready. Almost always ends In a c section then unfortunately.
I’m so thankful mine went well! I was nervous it wasn’t going to!
@@werethepicketts I am happy as well :) I did not get the births I wanted but I've made peace with it. Congratulations.
One year late, but according to my OB, there have been a lot of reputable studies which indicate induction at full term (39 weeks and later) does not increase chances for complications or c-sections compared with waiting for it to happen naturally.
@@yw9686 Weird. I had 2 past 41 weeks and both ended up in sections. My body wouldn't respond to the pit. The pit forced my body to contract so strongly that the baby couldn't handle it.
@@SK-ut6tw I think there might be a difference on medical recommendations regarding induction between 39+ and 40+, even 41+. Our son is 3weeks ahead size wise, at 97%. So we are getting an induction at 39 weeks + 2 days. Letting him pack on more weight till 40 weeks might cause some difficulties with pushing. 😊
Very sorry to hear your trauma from birth. Would love to know why you needed to be induced in the first place. There is so much research that as long as mom and baby are healthy, you can go 42 weeks before birth. Also, the hemorrhage sounds awful, but again, that position they had you in for pushing is one of the worst medical practices for pushing your baby out. Your pelvis was working against getting your baby out, possibly why she was stuck at one point. If you have another baby, you should watch Built To Birth here on CZcams, she is so wise and has so much knowledge on birth.
We chose to get induced because she was measuring big… which I’m glad we did cause if we would have waited I think a C-section probably would have happened. 🤷♀️
My epidural stopped working on one side so they had to repump it a couple times so I couldn’t feel my legs at all… which was a good thing with everything that happened but I couldn’t really push in any other position. We tried a lot of different ways on my back… I’ll definitely give the video a watch! I’m always wanting to learn more! 🤗
he gives me mega andrew tate vibes.
"bre has a high pain tolerance".. bre is not even in labour. Just experiencing cramping at that point. 🙄
Chill he was excited to become a dad
