- I have some high quality videos about some high quality games on the way, including some long-awaited requests. In the meantime, here's a game that absolutely nobody asked for, ever. Enjoy, I guess. And then we'll pretend this video never happened. Deal?
Yes, indeed, we're off to go and visit another chocolate factory! Bet you can't believe your luck?! Seriously though, don't get your hopes up. This factory is filled with hazards galore, including plenty of hazards that should not logically be hazards - like chocolate. Yep. Even though M&M's are made of chocolate, it kills you instantly. It suffices to say, this place is a deathtrap. All is forgiven, Wonka. Your slave labour has never sounded so appealing.
You know, I'm finding these chocolate factories altogether rather disillusioning. Think I'll cancel that trip to Cadbury World.
Anyway, if you liked watching me play this game (seriously, what the actual f*@! is wrong with you?!), feel free to follow me for more reviews of terrible games! My videos are kind of reviews, but they're also kind of like semi-walkthroughs. I like to call them 'talkthroughs', but I don't think that's a thing.

So you're going through a linear platforming level, running forward and breaking crates with a spin attack, avoiding explosive crates, and can also attack by jumping on enemies and crates...Tootally never heard that one before..*Cough* It even has both red and green explosive crates!

That game sort of reminds me of Pac Man World on PS1. But some parts do actually remind me of it

I played this game growing up. Like you, I wouldn’t say it’s a “good” game, but yet also like you, I strangely found some enjoyment from it. As a kid, I was most interested in the cutscenes and where they were taking the story. I also I thought the game was more laid back than some other platformers (I found Crash to be more challenging than this). One thing I always did was try to avoid the secret formulas because the the bonus levels were boring lol
Ah yes, I remember my friend used to own & play this game on his PS1 years ago. God, I honestly forgot this existed, until now when I watched this video.

Arguably the best m&m game as of yet, although I never played the beach one for the wii I can't imagine it any good given a certain other one for the wii, but you at least finished this game I never played it long enough to do that so I commend you
Haha! Oh it was a struggle, honestly. 😂 I've seen that beach one, it looks horrendous. It's kind of worrying if this is considered the best M&M's game, haha!

The M&Ms as human-candy hybrids isn't a totally off-the-wall theory, considering what *Will Vinton Animation* has created before. Man was a mad genius, he was, rest in peace.
Bizarrely, this isn't the only PS1 game with a recognisable brand that starts with a driving level. I refer to *Action Man: Operation Xtreme.* Which also has vibes of Metal Gear Solid about it. XD
I got the sombrero for this video specifically. Now I have a great big hat in my room, God knows when I'm gonna use it again. But you never know!! Might come in handy in an emergency. 😂

I was an avid collector of the toys when I was little. The ones we would have grown up with were Hasbro's 1990s reimaging of AM from a soldier (like what old Palitoy were doing) to a secret agent. Damn, it was good. 1999 - 2001 was the high point, imo. 2003/2004 had some cool ideas, but the toys themselves start to get a bit stale.
2005 gave us _A.T.O.M.: Alpha Teens On Machines._ Weird, vehicle-focused reboot that had a TV show on Jetix which only lasted a year. There was a brief attempt at going back to basics, but by that point it was too late.
I know, right?! The bright green Hawaiian-style shirt you see me in was actually part of a Hawaiian outfit I bought for a party back in 2014. I kept it, thinking you never know when it'll come in handy. And lo and behold, it's now been captured on film! My wardrobe looks very strange though. My shirts are usually dark in colour, so it's like black, navy, navy, black, black, navy, and then a very loud, in-your-face, FLUORESCENT GREEN HAWAIIAN SHIRT.
I had some terrible Action Man figures. One was a swimming one who just spun his arms like a helicopter. It always used to frustrate me that he could never have two arms level at one time. Oh and I remember having a parachuting one. Which was pointless, because there was nowhere near my house where I had enough room to throw him and allow his parachute to open. Well... there was, I suppose. But there would have been very little chance of recovering him afterwards.
@@idonthaveanose Yeah, mine's a bit like that too. 😆 Been trying to better back to brighter colours. Like a deep red hoodie that also doubles as an impromptu cape. 😁

My favourite was probably one that came with a net-launching gun. Used to give him an Australian accent for some reason. One I always wanted but never got was Professor Gangrene. My mum thought he was disgusting (which he was) so that was probably part of the reason. 😅
@@DoctorInk20 Oh my God, I had Gangrene!!! The figure, I mean. He looked ugly. We must have given them away years ago, which isn't like me tbh as I'm a bit of a hoarder. 😂 I remember having one in a red vest and another in combat trousers. Oh and there was one in a blue Velcro suit, not sure what he was meant to be. Thinking about it, I had a lot more than I realised!
And yes I remember that exact advert but I didn’t realise it meant that the first time I saw it (the bedroom one)

Hey but... you know what I actually think is half decent? Young Sheldon. I find it strangely likeable, nothing like BBT. Which is odd because it's surely aimed for that audience...

Oh my God!! Honestly - I found that game for cheap at a store at the mall, but when I took the case to the checkout, they told me they had mistakenly put the case out when they had none in stock. 😑 I'll get my hands on it one day soon!!

I'm so glad I never played this game. Teletubbies might still be worse as a game on PS1, but this one is just as creepy looking
I've also played the Tweenies game. Still have PTSD to this day.

The really sad thing is, this isn't even the worst M&M's platforming game. I remember playing M&M's Adventure on the Wii, and it was super tedious. It didn't even use motion controls from what I remember, but moving around and jumping was super stiff. Playing that was a total chore. And it somehow visually is a lot worse too. It looked like the worst Nintendo 64 game imaginable despite being released on the PS2 and Wii. At least the colors pop out here, as faint a praise as that may be.
I can easily believe there is far worse out there, haha! Yeah, this game is vibrant. As bad as the graphics are, I honestly think it could have been much worse. It's just extremely glitchy and the controls are just plain bad.
I'm getting this game on Amazon!
There should be a m&m's movie.

Finally a game made on a budget of $20. And yes I've beaten this game. Clearly they did not give a crap about this game...... and got no joy out of it. It's rubbish.
If I can give this game credit for one thing, it's that the music is actually fairly nice. Apart from that, this game is really, really bad.
It's not too bad, no! I do think that some of the music doesn't fit the scene, but I've heard FAR worse game soundtracks.
I agree that some songs are out of place, definitely but I won’t lie, some songs are pretty enjoyable to listen to for me.
@@bigbangbot-SuperSqank I actually like the chase music, and last level music. Oh and that level where you're timed but not timed, if you get my meaning. 😂

This is really interesting actually! Nobody has asked for Wall-E before, and it's one I've never played! I'm curious about it though, so will try to get my hands on it. I will most likely also cover Shrek the Third and Madagascar 2 since I've covered the previous games in the series.
@@idonthaveanose Glad you're interested also the wall e game in my opinion is a nice game my review of this game is that it has a huge amount of levels even after you finish the game there are 4 new levels avaiable the gameplay is solid and there are many minigames the only bad thing about this game is that wall e jumps like 1 inch from the ground his jump is really really small but its a solid game aside the jump but that's just my review hope you find the game.
