Honestly, I've never been a fan of the brand.. but this particular phone caught me off guard. Bought it few days after launching and got completely hooked ever since. Beautiful phone with good performance, reliable camera, and decent price. Hopefully they'll be giving longer Android updates and security patches.

Vivo really stands out this year with their models!
2 days a ago I came to the shop to buy the vivo x90 and I came back with the vivo v27 pro ! I was not impress by the x90. Camera and display don't look like better. Nothing more than the 27 for such difference price. And I LIKE the slim and light phone in my hand.

I bought this phone V27 5G about 5 months ago. I'm blown away by its smooth, curved design, good resolution, really sharp photos with that fantastic Aura flash and fast charging. Gaming was great. The Sony IMX766 camera was better than other phones 200mm ! Very satisfied !
The camera pictures actually look quite nice, Sony imx766 still proving it’s a good sensor even after a year.
For first time, I nothing bad to say about this Vivo. Just hope got enough software update.
Have a few vivos....current ones get updates all the time

Just wished they put a better ultrawide instead of an 8MP unit. It's been so many years and yet 8MP ultrawide seems to be the defacto for no reason. Otherwise, looks decent.

Hi there, between Honor 70 and Vivo V27, which one is a better value? Which camera takes better photos?
Both has it's own style. The Honor 70 takes pictures that are slightly more vivid, whereas vivo V27 has Natural Colors mode which is similar to the X90 Pro to get more natural images.

Hmm really great question. I'd say if you want a better camera, slimmer design, curved display, and faster charging - go for V27.
If you want something a bit unique, those LED glyphs, and you prefer a Snapdragon processor, Nothing Phone 1. Both are great in their own way.
Feel like vivo is banging almost everything in this path.

Honestly, the cost is quite good because the cameras are very good and you can see that they are of high resolution, however I did not see that it will arrive in my country, I will look forward to it if they bring that model here to Panama
Own it after date launch. Gonna say it was great phone. Can said not afraid left my charger at home. Full charge able to use until night (Heavy usage social media). Camera wise, excellent. Stunning night picture... Overall it great deal for this price..

still the ISP problem for Mediatek that is why i really hate buying phones with this kind of chipset. Could have been better if they use 778G or 7 gen 1 or 7 gen 2 + this year old camera from sony.

Not bad. Not bad at all.
It's good to see Vivo giving better specs from time to time. But I'd still pick Samsung A54 over V27. Both comes with IMX766 with OIS (I know Vivo customized it and become IMX766V). However, Samsung has better ultrawide, better software (personal preference), stereo speakers, ip67 and so on. V27 has it's pro too such as design, faster charging and the Dimensity 7200 is slightly more powerful than Exynos 1380.

v27 has better video stabilization over a54. Also Samsung's a54 doesn't come with the IMX766 sensor.
@@vonitoflakes1230 Not sure about the video stablization yet since I haven't watch any reviews of A54 that includes it. But regarding the main camera sensor, it's either IMX766 or ISOCELL GN5 which is basically Samsung's version of IMX766. Many sources have stated so.
V27 is good. But personally i still prefer samsung because of software support
@@serge0251 I prefer A54 over V27 too, but one thing I love to have is faster charging. I use my phone a lot so I do prefer faster charging instead of the same old 25w fast charging debuted since 2019.

Thee hardware is simply fragile, simply not to promote. Vivo should be sensitive to the needs of their customers. Don't compromise the hardware for luxury features. But yeah, some people in the middle and low income classes all wish for the luxury features. But hey, but at own risk if you live and work under busy and harsh conditions.

For rm1799 I think this is better buy then Samsung a54 which is rm1899, and comes with weaker processor, slower charging, etc.
But shitty software experience in vivo.
