      Kayleen Babel hi I’m wondering if you can make a dance tutorial like it can be any style of dance since I was in my schools dance team and well we don’t have any dance classes I want to get back to dancing and start moving/get the heart pumping lol it would mean the world to me and thank you for the videos

      Just go for it! The best way to get it is to keep practicing and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Try recording yourself to see if you can figure out what’s going wrong. Send me a vid on IG if you are still struggling and I’ll try to help 🤍

    do I have to have my splits before learning a calypso? it seems like it

      Not technically because you can do a baby one which basically is not getting high up in the air but flexibility does help you get higher up as well as with bringing the back leg up but a lot also has to do with momentum and leg strength.

    I love my right leg calypso sooooo much, but my left leg is just🤪🤮

    My "straight" leg is always bent at the knee. What do i need to think about to make it actually straight?

      First try to start off with a baby small calypso, when you do it focus on locking out your leg. Squeeze the muscles you have basically. This helps with any kick or leap in dance.
      You really just need to focus on squeezing your quads and dont focus on height focus on technique in the beginning and as you get technique down start aiming for height :)
