"Adamant Time" could also be a reference to Dialga who has a signature item, the "Adamant Orb"
and dialga is god of time
Based on how "adamant" is an old term for diamond in real life (and Dialga is the mascot of Pokemon Diamond). If anything, Adaman got his name from all these connections to help establish that Hisui is the Sinnoh region.

Ingo is actually someone from the Unova region, not the Sinnoh region. He has a twin brother and they both run the subway trains in the Unova region. Overall, he's a pretty minor character that gets a somewhat bigger role in Hisui, when he's pulled back in time to the Hisui region, for some reason, and he has amnesia.

All but the gbl update sounds like fun the only reason I say this is because after a leak was revealed that gave an unfair advantage to people who know how to get to it I completely quit gbl so I probably won't be doing gbl next season but aside from that it sounds like it might be a fun season

Rip braking swipe. It made Rayquaza and haxorus amazing in the master league. I had so much fun while it lasted with my haxorus in the master league, it was always my lead and super fun to use.

Move updates are fun but we NEED an update to how TMs work. I quite often need to use 10+ TMs to try and get one specific non-legacy move and that just seems so broken with move sets growing.
They are randomly chosen from any non legacy move the pokemon can learn
Sometimes you just have bad luck. Others you may be aiming for a move that cannot be rolled with regular tm. Better to look in advance if you can get it to begin with
@@97MiloProductions I understand how they work. I'm just saying as the move sets grow, the odds to get the move you want decrease. I think a TM update is needed.

One trick I take advantage of is using elite tms to map out all potential moves.

So glad poliwag's are coming back, i need to get tons of candy to cap my almost perfect shadow poliwrath XD and still need the shiny poliwag along with tons of other shiny pokemon lol
Mewtwo will be back eventually. it's just a matter of when. Mewtwo is usually a featured Pokemon around Pokemon Day (Feb 27) across the franchise, so Mewtwo could be back in Raids at around then, but it's not a guarantee.
They still have to release both Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y, so you that to look forward to
yeah lol hopefully i can get a good one when they come back around, i had taken a break for a little over a year and it apparently was when they had released mewtwo/shadow mewtwo to raids. was sad to hear i missed it lol.
Also i heard (could be messing with me) that at level 50 you get a random encounter special research with mewtwo, i'm only 38 1/2 atm so XD long way to go.@@SnooWords97
@cloud999yt Yeah, you get a Special Research when you reach Level 50 and the final encounter is a Mewtwo, but it takes awhile to get to that point in the first place, on top of the Special Research taking awhile to finish lol

Love your vids Zoe - i know your outspoken on the health of the game so wondering why no one has reported that Niantic revenue dropped in 2022 from $646 million to 2023 of $324 million - people will cite remote raids which does account for some revenue loss - but clearly the game is stale and needs innovation - it's time to make a rally call to the game developers maybe release Level 60 to re-invigorate the grind for trainers to get back out playing in 2024 or the game will die - I am a player since 2019 with 500K catches and 600K XP - love the game don't want it to go quietly into the night - hoping someone has the courage to discuss the pink elephant in the room

It's interesting that Hisuan Samurott will release shortly after the 7 star Husian Samurott Raids in Pokemon Scarlett and Violet
I can almost guarantee that it's intentional. Tying PoGO events into Scarlet/Violet events is likely why they skipped the release of Galar Pokemon to start Paldea early and throw in Hisui Pokemon into the Season themed to the Sinnoh Tour.

We know from leaks the season will be far more interesting next year but what a boring start and very typical they gave no new moves for potentially great raid pokémon. For instance Shadow Claw for Lunala and Husian Ursaluna would have very nice, but it seems like the "move department" in Niantic only cares about PvP these days. Personally I love the "guaranteed Candy XL when trading Pokémon" coming back this season - otherwise I'll be raiding Reshiram and Zekrom for more XL and then probably "sleep" until the Mewtwo raids in January if the events are as boring as the raids in December.
Not to be that guy, but there is no "Hisuian" Ursaluna. It's just Ursaluna. 😅

Maybe because I play casually and f2p, but pogo has been extremely mid. Tough for me when so much content is not solo player friendly and research is behind paywall. Is it just me, or is there more paid research quests than ever before? Every new update feels like a p2w feature with either nothing, or very very little for free. I'm grumpy and jaded, so I could be wrong or exaggerating. Like I know it's a mobile game with p2w aspects everywhere, but the reward for playing f2p casually feels like it's at an all time low...
Pokemon Go kinda boring game recently that why Niantic try to promote no debut Mega Pokemon, Legendary Pokemon, Ultra Beast, Mythical Pokemon, Common Pokemon This is tactics to induce and lure Pokemon Go players back to play but these all tease for 2024 game plan.
don't tease us with datamined nifties and then just not tell us. either don't talk about it at all or make it clear that it's unconfirmed info :(
