I woke up to two eggs broken yesterday. Took the cock away. The hen is still sat tighht on the four thats left. So definitely the cock bird. One of last years cock birds. A know the hen will rear the young. Long as theres plenty of food.

Have tried both ways over many years, have had mixed results, just let them go this year we will see what happens
