    Welcome to Relax Unwind Meditate. We compose music for sleep, relaxation, meditation, stress relief and yoga. The title of the music in this video is - Guided Meditation 2.

    Our sleep music is perfect to help you drift off to sleep and enjoy deep sleep. Many of the compositions have natural sounds like ocean waves or raindrops to help get you to get into a calm state of mind. The pieces can also be used for background music to create calm atmospheres. Let the ambient, floating and calming sounds help you to enjoy a good nights sleep

    Our relaxing piano music is perfect for relaxing, unwinding or simply taking a break. Whether it's your intention to slow down at the end of a long day or simply switch off from the world. These soft piano pieces of music are ideal to help you to become totally relaxed.

    Our meditation music is ideal for different types of meditation. It allows you to connect or reconnect with yourself. The texture of the music invites you to open your mind and either take yourself on a visual journey be as present as you can.

    Our stress relief music is already used in many spas and massage outlets. It is useful when you have come home after a long day of work to unwind and relax. Soft soothing instruments like the harp, guitar and flute are featured in this music along with natural sounds like waterfalls and birds to encourage relief from stress.

    Fantastic again!! Your videos have become part of a daily practise that is helping me greatly and i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I commented on another video of yours a few days ago about how your delivery of the spoken word is wonderful ( your partner must be the most relaxed person around hahaha) seems genuinly sincere and personal in a way that is head and shoulders above other admitedly good channels.       Hi. A couple of questions. Does it matter if I’m laying down whilst doing these sessions? I find it tricky to remain seated due to slight back issues.
      Also, how long does take to be able to switch the mind off from wandering?
      For me the best channel. So relaxing. Your voice is like velvet mixed with honey. As I’ve said before I feel you are in the room and I’m having personal guided meditation.

    Hard to hear your words volume is low but my volume is all the way up. Otherwise I'm sure it would have been great
