    Deegan popped up like a bowling pin after that wreck. The kid is an brawler.

    The kid is athletic. He knew exactly where he was in the air. The whole time he knew where the motorcycle was, and he was heading towards the motorcycle before he even hit the ground. I mean, give the kid props.

      Deegs grew up on a trampoline. They always had one since he was a little kid. I've watched a lot of their videos over the years, and he is good on a trampoline.

    Iv3 been watching Deegan for years and both him and Huck both are amazing on the trampoline and off the bridge at Loretta's 😂 but yes he is a beast and all that practice has helped him with this kind of stuff !! Just my opinion! Love th podcast!

    I think last year, that crash would have been a different outcome, but look at the muscle and size he's put on, he's not a small fry anymore, the kid is jacked now, and I'm sure he's not done. The kid is in other riders heads rent free.

    Not only did he spot the landing twice after handlebars to the gut, he also kept his limbs extented which slows spin momentum.

      Keeping your limbs extended when having a wreck isn’t how you avoid injury, it’s the exact opposite to what you want to do

      @@hawkgeoff no his an 18 year old kid that has next level fitness and probably fairly dense body weight for his size. The kids tough as nails and super motivated. When I saw his crash you can’t help but notice he was looking where the ground was…. I think he already knew mid air how he was gonna fall or land and how to get back up and get to his bike. That’s something you can’t teach overtime.

    He makes riding a MX look so easy until he doesn’t. As good as he is, he still isn’t the best out there, but has the most hype. I cannot believe anyone can beat him, but they have yet, another gear.

  • @slayer6936
    @slayer6936 Před měsícem

    I was saying last season that Deegs rides like R.V. plus, that kid has put on some muscle bigtime. I think by next year he will be 2 inches taller. Haiden grew up using a trampoline. You should see him on one. Tom is a great 250 rider but will never be a 450 rider. That is why he came to America and rides in the 250 class he wasn't going to get a 450 ride he is too small. Haiden can a 450, and he is fast on one. That ride at mini o was epic.

    He could backflip a dirtbike at age 10 and i saw him also do backflips on a razor scooter in a concrete skatepark off a 1/4 pipe ramp with ease like he does it all the time... being capable of those kinds of things definitely gives anyone an edge whenever you go flying off your bike in an accident... because any skateboarder will tell you it takes countless attempts before you generally land any new trick the first time and if you dont know how to avoid being hurt then you generally never will be able to figure out how to land too many tricks in the first place..

  • @carisi2k11

    If you watch his mini o's 21 crash you can see he has the ability to know where he is when flying in the air. Jett didn't have that ability during his crash.

    A couple bad finishes can kill a championship… even in supercross the first round Deegan was pushed off the track in the first corner and that was it.. consistency wins championships… if Haiden can finish every race in the top 3 he wins the championship.. because Tom is prone to crash

    Haiden was SO lucky to be able to jump up unhurt. If he had been caught on the bike it could have been bad.

      No, go look at the lap and section times, Deegan was on a slow lap. Deegan's lap times were 2:01 in the beginning. Later on he started relaxing, 2:04 lap times. Then Tom came up with laptimes at 2:02. Deegan sped up a lap back to 2:01, then had a gap again, then he did his slow lap, would have been a 2:03, and crashed. Got nothing to do with Tom
