ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Easily two of the best head sculpts i’ve ever seen from Marvel Legends.

Russ, Tombstone was the #2 in ranking for me Hallows Eve was #1. I am familiar with her and some of the current storylines in Spiderman. Both are spiderman foes getting story arcs if not their own mini-series Hallows Eve primarily.. I tend to favor villians so ,#3 is Jack O. Ben R is #4.'Slinger#5 and the last spidy is#6. The sculpts are what made the difference for me. New heads and different body styles. For Tombstone if I could I would of wanted more hands and no crowbar. Two wider gripping hands at least and possibly a trigger hand. The last Tombstone I had is the Toybiz spidy animated one. A different style to say the least, a hands on fighter metal mitts and a gun. An excellent review ✌️
Has to legends team is surprising me this year! Lots of 100% new sculpts. Also getting more obscure, but fan loved characters.

I have him as well. Imo this is the best Tombstone that Hasbro MLs has done so far.
Yeah, I like him best with the suit. Main reason for that is the spectacular Spider-Man series and how they did the character so well
Robo was nice enough to show us how Tombstone's torso joint worked if you're curious: his jacket is glued in at the buttons, it shouldn't 'tear' per se

@@ShartimusPrime It's a ball joint in the middle of the torso, and there's a HUGE gap between the upper & lower torso, we've never seen anything like it

Never thought about pink for wasp's wings, but now looking at old images, they were pink a lot of the time. Sometimes white, and more yellow later on, now they usually have a blue tint!
wouldve love to see a head swap (and hand swap lol) with the disney+ kingpin figure. looks like the tombstone body is much larger, might look cool.

Great review! Got a copy coming! Despite the limited articulation, I'm getting hooked on these Marvel suited Hoods! Hammerhead and Jigsaw were my recent pick-ups. As soon as Tombs shows up, all I need is Kingpin, who is on BBTS pre-order standby! So Hasbro went with a Mezco type of neck n' head design. That doesn't work unless the connection between the base of the neck (the balljoint) needs space to move. Lol, Hasbro is all over the place with different articulated styles 😅
I love this Tombstone figure. He surprised me with how much I enjoyed him. I would like him to have had a more traditional neck joint, but I didn’t plan on using his body for any customs, so no big deal to me. It’d be limited to whom it would be, also. An Apocalypse from X-Men #4 from the Krakoa storyline, with him, Charles and Magneto in suits.
I don’t own the whole wave, so I can only rank those I have or have looked at closely in person.

1) is definitely Tombstone.
I really ended up liking this wave. I usually just pick and choose from a retro wave, but I absolutely had to get Jack, Scarlet and Tombstone as they fill gaps, and even though I didn't know anything about Eve, I liked the costume and the concept so another easy pick. At that point in time just two to go and spider-shot was an interesting concept that I don't regret adding him, I accidently got Last stand spiderman by ordering the wrong figure, but oh well, one clunker in the bunch doesn't kill a wave. I'm glad Tombstone stands over the rest a realistic amount.

The tombstone figure looks awesome. Now all we need is a new Marvel Legends Spider-Man figure which is a traditional 616 Spider-Man figure with a body mold that's a combination of the renew your vows Spider-Man figure and the Amazing Fantasy #15 Spider-Man figure.
