i dont know how many people noticed it, but being a fabricator i appreciate how you took the time to point all the seams of the steel the same direction
This guy can make a video about paint drying or grass growing and i'd still watch it happily. Diresta is an artist and the world is his canvas. Keep doing what you do brother.
Thank you sir.
+abetoymachine I would have to agree with you man. I am always excited to watch the his new videos!!!!!!!!!!!!
Watch now he will make a video of paint drying
wonder how many views it will get.
The spray paint over the template trick is genius.
yeah. easy to look.
+aintgonnahappen He does all sorts of little tricks like that that are so simple and yet brilliant. So obvious and yet... I never would have thought of them.
I saw that and thought the same.
Another Great DiResta build!! Your welds are looking great Jimmy!!
+Red Beard Carpentry & Woodworks agreed
Awesome build. Those will be in use for years!
@JimmyDiresta, I love the spray paint template trick. I never would have thougt about that but what a great way to mark out cut lines for multiple repeatable cuts. Thanks for the tip!
I can watch you build things all day. you make it look easy Jimmy.
I like how you had the clock in the background, gave a sort of time reference. As always, GREAT job Jimmy!
This is another one of those videos that makes me want to start working with metal, great build!
Jimmy you are my greatest inspiration ! And the work you do is fantastic i really hope i can be like you when i`m older
Parabéns pelo trabalho!
Just when I think my week couldn't get any better!
beautiful build
Looks like a great pair of Sawhorses that will outlive us all! Great job as always man!
legends say there are things in his workshop without his name on it. Yet I myself wouldnt believe them
+Φlaba
I heard he even tattooed "Diresta" on Spike !
(But I ALSO heard one night Jimmy got "Spike" scratched into his back while he was sleeping !!!!!)
BLASPHEMY!
they looks so cool!
Nice clean work! I remember the wood ones you made. These will certainly handle any duty.
felicitaciones por tan hermoso trabajo gracias jorge de argentina
Lighting looks good in this video, those things look beefy and that new welder looks nice!
Awesome once again Jimmy!!
You really best, Jimmy! Keep teaching! Thank's from Russia!
Nice work!
Nice welder Jimmy; I love my Lincoln Power Mig and use it often.
Nice Build Mr Genius You Did It again. Awesome Build.
+WoodCrafts 67 Terry Thomas WoodCrafts genius? really?
JimmyDiResta this video had a whole new feel! Nice work
+Royers Custom Wood Working Thank you brother!!
Para quitarse el sombrero Jimmy.
Como siempre para quitarse el sombrero.
Diresta I really like ur works

Nice work.
I didn't even know I needed those until I saw them !
Nice sawhorses, handy to weld on the piano hinges!
you got some sweet tools jimmy, that welding machine, wow
nice welds love the saw horses.
nice work!
I'm drooling over the chop bandsaw...
Great idea with the piano hinge brother.
Que tipo Groso! Es Verlo y se te vienen las ganas de hacer cosas.
Para quitarse el sombrero Jimmy
makes me happy to see straight freehand cuts
Nice one Jimmy.
That's is awesome. Do you have list of materials and sizes for everything?
ok jimmy beautiful work ciao from italy
Haha, good to see that Diresta and make are still 'cool'! ;)
Thanks, that was really good.
Esto es satisfacción pura
cool saw horses!
Woke up to early. Just watched this vid while eating a bowl a cereal. Now today is going to be a good day. Thanks for the inspiration. Just wish I could learn how to edit vids. I would start my own channel. Have fun and keep inventing!
Fantastic
A great vid like this one..👍🏻
On numara ekipman ve akıl 👍
nice welding table!!
Awesome !! Thumbs up !!
Alex
pretty cool!
thanks for the video I liked how I make templates for the legs.
Being able to see the analogue clock in some of those shots gave a good sense of time despite the videos being sped up.
sir...that's really awesome...I have never seen these amazing saw horses made by anyone by his own..before..really awesome...but sir will u plz tell me that how much weight can these saw horses support if I use them for my squats
diresta is the best make partner
I'd love to have one of those metal cutting bandsaws. Great work.
+Just Make It you mean the small or the big one?
Because the small one is a dewalt DWM120
G3RMANARMY Either would be nice, but I was talking about the big one.
Thank you !
+jimmydiresta The a nice shiny new looking Waelder! as the older model has been banished to Italy. Did the machine that got pinched ever be returned? I bet someone has a second hand machine they bought from the dodgy guy in the bar, and actually belive that DiResta is a brand of tools lol.
Woow that is so awesome :o I really need to make those only need to learn how to weld :)
Now THAT is a sawhorse!
It always amazes me how square and true his stuff comes out. I know he has a lot more experience than I do making things. But if I tried to make these... I have no doubt they'd be all wobbly and only 3 legs would be on the ground at any given time. lol.
Yes another jimmy video!😁 are they for your upstate shop jimmy?
You could make these videos in 1/4 time and I would still watch them. Would probably still miss a lot of stuff as well.
wheres u got the idea jimmy? im so proud of u.... im ur fan from malaysia
sooooo jealous of that jimmy's multiprocess welder!!
I'm embarrassed that I didn't think of cutting angled legs like that to make them even. Thanks for sharing that part especially.
Hi, is the metal bandsaw the only way you cut steel? I'm looking at a new way to cut steel, found 3 types but unsure which way to go, metal bandsaw, TCT saw or TCT blade in compound miter saw? What are your thoughts?
Now his welding skills are officially professional
wow those are bad ass.
Very Nice, I've been brainstorming but hadn't hit on the piano hinge idea. Duh... "As always" it's now on my to do list..... Funny when I see you setting them up way before the take down
love the idea but I don't think the tek screws will hold up too long
Good thing I know how to fix stuff.
+jimmydiresta touche' Mr diresta, touche'
lol
Brendan Credlin I thought the same. should be a black bolt welded on to give the appearance of strength.
mistrzostwo swiata jak dlamnie rewelacyjne zeczy gosc tworzy pozdro
Sick machine. Can you tell me what that hand held saw is your using? I need one of those in my life!
also what blades your using in both machines? tpi? Thanks. cool build.
Sorry for my bad English. Great video and project that inspires me. What are the dimensions of the tubes and their thickness please? By avnce thank you
Do you run cutting fluid in your horiz band saw?
We made some similar to these at work and proof tested them at 45000 pound for 2 saw horse. They weight less than 50 pound each easy to move!
Love the videos. I have watched all your video several time, including the episodes of Hammered. I know it sounds a little morbid, but I think you should build an ornate wood casket. I know, sounds crazy. I've kicked around the idea of doing for the simple fact to see if I could. My father owns a funeral home and I have seen the work that gets put into them. If I end up doing it and want to see the progress let me know. Still think you should try building a full sized one.
This would be a great design for wooden ones too
Look at make with the new intro , like i said on Instagram id put a latch on to stop it from pushing out the legs. Then you get a full triangle = more strength.
Well i got to the end of the video and the were on , great work .
To be honest. I was ...then I wasn't going to add them. Then you commented. And I did it. Thank you for the push. 👊🏼
+jimmydiresta Now you just need to put another screw where the notch crosses the leg in the folded position, to keep the plate from swinging and snagging stuff, and to keep the sawhorses folded.
awesom
Hello capo .... my query is .... when I am welding a structure happens to me that the profile that I am welding doubles as a banana .... how can I improve that .... agradesco your help !!!
Great build Jimmy, I was wondering what that C clamp your using is,never seen anything like it.
Garage sale. The threads are protected for welding splatter
Yay!
Finally!!!
hi Jimmy, what size and gauge are the pipes ? thank you
I only have a portaband, any tricks to get a even cut on square tubing? Always seem to get on angle on the vertical cut and have to grind it even.
Thanks for the tip! Big fan of your builds.
The best in the world!
Jimmy, does the welder automatically pump out solder or whatever the welding media is? Or do you have to advance it manually?
It's a MIG welder, it automatically feeds the metal.
+traderjoes Wire feed MIG.
Hey Jimmy, I have some students interested in building the saw horses. What's the angles of those cuts? 22.5
nice welds for sure
Damn, that's a badass welder.
Finally!😀😀
Where can I buy this "DIRESTA" template? This is so awesome! The best thing I have ever seen! Why do you speed up your videos, you could slow it down so that everyone can enjoy your videos longer.
If I were to build saw horses, I would them exactly like this!
Dope
best saw horses ever!
Mark of a true welder, how many of you close your eyes or look away as he makes a weld?
+todd collings That's the mark of an amateur welder. True welders are too manly to look away.
Johnny Steen yeah and wait till you have flashburn, then see how manly you feel in pain and blind.
+Johnny Steen clearly Todd doesn't understand sarcasm or have a sense of humor
Nicholas Beardslee Nah, generally just been in a bad mood lately. Haven't been able to get any work done with the weather.
+todd collings ah yeah that's understandable, I've been wanting to start some projects myself but 20 degrees or less is just uncomfortable and miserable. Hope things start to warm up soon for the both of us 😊
how does a hobbyist like me get to know about welding and using a system like that? are there courses or summit?
Nice work Jimmy. Shiiiiiit that's a nice welder
You can build a golden gate twin just with that welder
