- This video explains how to perform a FACTORY RESET on the JBL TUNE225tws truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds.
When both earbuds are inside of the charging case, press and hold the button on the right earbud.
Take a close look at the LED on the right earbud. After a couple of seconds it will briefly blink in blue.
That is when the factory reset is complete and all devices have been unpaired from the earbuds.
This is the fix that made mine work, I tried the other ones you posted also and had the same bad results, not to say it won’t work, just this is the one that worked for me. Thanks a lot!!!
For some reason it doesny work for me. I Got this weird bug where both earphones now connect seperatly anf I can only hear 1 at a time

In the jbl 225 model, the right one does not connect and it looks like two different headphones on the phone.
I’d try removing both earbuds from the phone and then pairing them again with both earbuds out of the charging case.

I put them both in the case. Pressed and held the button until they both blinked blue (2 seconds). Bang, finally both connected.
when trying to connect my right one, it connects to JBL tune225tws LE, it asks me for the pin code, I try 0000,1111,1234 is not working, but my left one is fine.

I have the same problem 😔
1) You need to dismount bluethooth connection between mobile phone and earphones. (Making the mobile able to forgot the match).
2) put the double earphones in the charger and hold 5-10 secs both of rhe buttons, simultaneously.
3) Now, also the two earphones forgot the mobile match.
4) press really quick and simultaneously, three times, the button of the pair and they will reconnect each other, thinking like a one.
5) Reconnect to the SmartPhone.
Ps. This product has some software problems, and I needed to follow this process quite often. With another set of JBL I never experienced something like that! so... If you just buy it, cashback and change the order to a different series like the 300s! just a suggestion 😁

Hii, so I have a problem with my 225tws: the right earbud in its recharge shows the little light but when I want to connect it this turn off, like the little light disappear and the left earbud won't connect because it ask me a password, but I don't what. I tried the standard one like 0000 or 1234 but it doesnt work. I'm desperate, someone can help me to solve this problem?

After you factory reset it and you try to pair it back to your phone what do you put in when it asks for the passcode

Hello, unfortunately your instructions don’t work for me. I was paired the other day to my iPhone but attempts to pair with a Samsung ended up with not pairing with the Samsung and now only the left earbud pairs with the iPhone. The right earbud that fails to pair does flash blue/white whilst trying but doesn’t pair. My iPhone does not pick up its signal. When I press the right bud 2 times and hold in on the 3rd press is says “260” two six zero, and continues to flash blue/white without pairing. Perhaps 260 is a fault code. I don’t know. Any suggestions would be warmly welcomed.

I press the button and mine doesn’t blink blue. My model doesn’t have the blue and red points. It has L and R letters instead. Is this the same model?
Same with mine. L & R and didn't blink blue, but this seemed to work for mine.
Ok I figure it out. First you have to unpaired the earbuds in the phone Menu
Then reset the right earbud
Then connect only the right earbud to the phone
Then connect left.
This method only works if the left is not connecting because the right earbud is the main reset for both so the left one follows the right
I hope it makes sense took me 5 minutes of frustration and then it only made sense to reset the main one
But what if it’s the right earbud that isn’t working?😕
Hi my right earbud won't connect with anything (my phone doesn't recognize it and it wont pair with the left one). I have tried everything from this video and it still won't work. Does anyone know a solution to my problem?

Thank you so much! For weeks I've been struggling with my earphones because they didn't automatically connect anymore for some reason.
On my phone I would need to select them in the Bluetooth settings, get a popup and click on "Pair & connect" and then get another popup to click on "Pair". On my Macbook I would need to unpair and pair them again every single time I wanted to use them (3-4 times a day)
It's crazy how much time a 5 second reset I could've saved the past few weeks, but I never bothered to find the time to find a solution.

For some reason mine come up on BT as 2 seperatw things and only one will connect even tho I have dual Bluetooth. It's so dumb

i have these earbuds, left one show blue light when i charge it, but when i move it from charger no light at all, right one works fine, charger and earbuds both are clean and nice as new, what to do ? or nothing cant do here as left one is dead maybe?* looks like left one battery not work or not charge left earbuds is there way to repair it
Usually not much you can do to fix them, since a replacement battery is very expensive and hard to find.
You may have luck finding a single used earbud for a few dollars on eBay. Just make sure. it is of the exact same model. I 'fixed' a few headphones this way in the past myself.

These are the sorriest earbuds I’ve ever wasted money on and I didn’t think it could get worse than airpods. I have to re pair every single day and sometimes one side just completely goes out. I’ve watched videos and followed every instruction and nothing will work. I do not recommend buying these especially since the sound quality is below average.

100% these things suck. Got them on amazon prime day and they randomly cut out. On top of that the right earbud no longer works. I've watched all these videos, have done all the resets, all of it. Nothing works. The JBL app couldn't find my earbuds from day 1. Ridiculous.

Didn't help at all. Right started checking out now and again then stopped working completely. After trying multiple tips on resetting and re-pairing the right bud worked but not the left. The back to only the left now neither. They both go into pairing mode. Only the left will appear on my Bluetooth list but will not be connected. Two months old. So many frustrated customers.
These are the worst headphones I've ever used, I prefer the 5 euro ones, at least they're cheap and don't have these silly problems
Idk why but my right earbud suddenly only can play at 10% volume max, which sounds like only one earbud work… its annoying af.. does anyone know if this is also fixeable with this steps or is my right earbud just broken?
I have the same problem except with my left earbud. Resetting sadly didn't work for me. It was worth a try :/

@@XixIXca I tried to clean it first after contacting JBL for advice, the left earbud started working fine again, except now the right one wasn't displaying any noise at all, so it's worse.
I ended up sending it back to JBL for repair as I still had guarantee and they send me back new ones which have the same issues since yesterday so I'm back to where I started... Yay

So bad doesnt worth the money! Always fall of ur ears cant run with them and the HUGE problem one of the earbud always discconct, (jabra 75 and galaxy buds 2 so much better! )
