Sir charging issue solve kese kare.. charge fully ear buds but without use it's decrease and also working not properly, fully charge but it's less work in half hour charging finished

I have purchased jbl tune 230nc, its not working with my iq neo 6,Its not working properly for audio call and watsapp call.when we call through the bluetooth head set a Robotic noise sound is came. This issue is only for calls. No issue for listening to music. Only for voice calls. I have reset settings multiple times. But its not working with my vivo iq neo6
