This might be off topic but I've been a subscriber for a long time and I have a feeling this gentleman gets a lot of play in bed by whoever he invites. He's no fraud, this dude is the real McCoy. I wouldn't bring my girlfriend around him lol. Great work on the speaker projects.
16:09 : You can get an approximation of the line width by printing on graph paper. Of course it would depend on the pressure applied etc. You can then scan the print and measure it.
You could try using a technical pen, however, the height adjustment of line printer should be very precise as the pen tip has a limited height range beyond which it can either spill ink or break. The main problem with them though would be the ink they use which is water soluble. I don't know if you can replace it with another ink - I haven't used one since I was in school.

the tape was 30micron so measurement and prediction are correct if i used the right thickness :)

Yeah problem i have is soft pencils tend to mske wider and wider stripes over time :)
