you compare an US-Version with Europe-Version. The testing on Nürburgring is for sure with all regulatory needed parts for EU, so with OPF. The M2 you show here drives on US-Roads i guess? atleast not europe roads - its the version without OPF which has a HUGE impact on the exhaust sound. But yeah, i wish we won't have that shitty regulations...
