I was having trouble for the longest time (15 minutes) trying to cancel the focus without getting the attack at the end until I figured what the problem is. Don't let go of the focus, just hold down the the dodge button while holding the focus. Once you complete the dodge and start sprinting, then it's safe to release the focus. I get 100% of the times now.
Bro no one explained this but you. thought i had to change my settings thank you!! I was doing exactly like they said and was just swinging my weapon until i held it until my dodge i was releasing then dodging
Hi guys I'm really late to seeing this video but I had a question since both of you struggled with what I am struggling with. I am holding the dodge button and L2 but when I do it after trying to do jump slide I crouch instead of slidding/ or my character goes out of the running animation. How did you guys go about fixing this?
@@YuuerinI had to reread a couple of times but are you jumping first before slide cause that man be it it’s a slide then jump but then again you might also be taking away your manna fast without realizing it too
This is so good fr. I’ve been looking guides for controller and it’s hard to find. Keep em coming
Straight to the point, no extras. Great beginner guide. Thanks.
Appreciate The Feedback!!
Literally made me 10x better! Earned my sub for sure.

Perfect video dawg

You Rock!!
Ayeeee it’s the boiiii
great guide. keep 'em coming
Thanks A Ton, I Will Have Some More Soon.
Great video thank you. Interesting that you jump button is L1 and your slide button is X. I might try this layout because clicking in the Left Stick to slide it’s quite difficult for precise movements
It Let's You Jump And Slide Without Moving From The Sticks. ;)
Thanks for the vid. quick question (im on controller) when i try to focus and the dodge my character still does an attack at the end any way around this?
THANK YOU
Love u
What would you recommend on the sensitivity section, are the ramp up and boosts good?

Anyone got a layout for ps5 controller I can try? I wanna get into naraka so much but I wanna get the basics down first
Thx for the tips!
I started playing yesterday. One question, a pile of loot will appear when you killed someone, is there a way to loot all? Is smashing A from top to bottom the only way?
Press the inventory button
Someone Had It Right In Comments But Opening Inventory Near A Body Or Oile Of Items Will Show You All Items Around You.
@@DavOnEdge That's right, and that's not "loot all".
Don't think they have that feature tho... at least I cannot find it.
@@hiro4476 Setting You "Pickup Preset Limits" Can Really Help Being Able To Spam Loot A Pile And Get Only What Ya Should Have In Bag.
nice guide, appreciated, i have a problem tho, how do i map the map button without triggering the ps5 recording sht instead of actually confirming the input i want to save? lol
On console, try using the Left side of the Dpad. The right side of Dpad should be Inventory also.
@@DavOnEdge appreciate it ty, also your inputs feel really good even without paddles so far, very useful guides overall (been watching the beginner combos video too)
What % is your stammer and dodge
What’s your sensitivity?
Console newb. Best tutorial yet. Insta sub
I noticed that you can only use the Blue Focus Dodge three times before your stamina runs out. Are the Talent Glyphs/Skill tree the only way to increase stamina?
Maybe a request to do a skill tree setup for different heroes, or how to conserve stamina in battle?
If you have full energy glyphs, you can dodge 4 times with any weapon besides dagger (can be 5-6, with netherstep around 8-9)
Generally you want to play full energy glyphs, in some scenario for trios you can take rage, but even then full energy is fine. with any hero.
I Love This Idea!! Yes, Satmina Glyphs Will Increase The Number Of Times You Can Dodge.
“To refill your mana 🥺”
I cannot get the slide focus into sprint without the attack coming out..
Try Activating Dodge A Bit Earlier. Or Attacking Out Of Blue Focus Before It Confirms A Charge.
everytime i do any of these movement my character stops running after and they can’t keep doing the movements any help?
Be Sure To Hold Dodge Until You Begin To Run. It's A Weird Concept At First. Good Luck!! :)
Im starting today on this game ...on laptop.. should i learn with k & m or controller? Suggest me please
Both Can Work Well. Do Whichever You Enjoy More. You Can Always Switch Things Up If Needed.
What’s the equivalent of shift on a controller I see pc players talk about a shift cancel
Shift = Dodge On Controller - Have A Blast!!
You streaming tonight bud ?
HI Rose, Late Response But I Shoot For Everynight;)
What are ur settings
Yea this is good to state at the beginning, confusing because the settings look to be different for me. Slide is like pressing the thumb button so sliding barely works fast enough on default
@@GenghisD0ng yeah definetly slide jumping is hard on default settings its better to change them for sure
Can't see what RT and RB is
It’s his vertical and horizontal attacks
Just match it to the ones in the bottom left for you
this dude looks and sounds like Aaron carter

I Am Indeed
Tbh I been hating this game like how can I learn and practice when there is tons of player that been playing it before Xbox got it
turn off crossplay
Bot modes great for learning basics like parries etc
Tip 1: Don't use a playstation controller
