Mine leaks a little oil and it was low. Instead of changing it we put some random Castro oil we use for our honda cars it works good. Next month I'll do a straight up oil change great video
@@muddythumper8152 oh my god after 10 hours of riding it burns like a 2 stroke i need to refill the oil today. It wastes a lot it doesn't really leak anymore just wastes a good amount of oil which isn't bad as long as it runs good
@@itworked2818 its probably burning oil, is it smoking a lot? if so that means you have either bad rings or maybe valve seals. shouldnt be going through oil unless its leaking or burning it lol! Hondas are built tough, theyll probably run a long while on no oil lol
Are you using a motorcycle specific engine oil? Makes a big difference overall. Can order online fairly cheap. Honda or Maxima or Bel-Ray or even Valvoline motorcycle oil etc. Happy riding!
hey there thanks for the question! if i buy at my local store i usually go for 10w40 motorcycle oil because i read it is better on clutches and the manual also recommends 10w40. Some of my engines are running castrol 10w40 motorcycle oil, some are running the honda brand name for atvs. All machines running great :). As long as the oil is the recommended viscosity and compatible with the clutches you should be good. The first 3 wheeler i ever bought off an older man was running 5w30 but i live in a cold environment so 5w30 is probably better suited for here.
not bad overall. Certainly not as good as a original carb however they do work. I got one on my latest build, check out my last video of the white custom trike. Running a chinese carb on that
The manual calls for every 30 Operating days or 3 months whichever comes first. For me , i have a lot of trikes, so they get used randomly. I may end up changing the oil once a year because if i drive it like 5 times then its not a whole lot of use. It comes down to how much it is used mainly. like a car if you put 1,000 miles a week vs 1000 miles a year
You can use a universal one too( my lifted trike has a universal motorcycle air filter on it ) , just gotta make a adapter , to take it. Try a local atv scrap yard for a rack

nice, try to stop the oil leak if possible, and yes certainly give it a proper oil change when you have the chance!

So my air filter is practically dead, and I can’t find another one. Where would I get my hands on one
eBay is where I get all my parts
@@GrippySockVacation99871 I got mine from there, I appreciate it. Would you know where to find a rack for the 200s
