I ran out of Contrave - Week 28 update

- This week I cut it too close and ran out of medicine. I had to stop taking Contrave for 4 days basically going off it cold turkey. It was a little rough but nothing I won't be able to handle. I did start it back up because I think weaning off it would essentially be better for me.
it's the same with Wellbutrin (bupropion). I started two weeks ago because it can help with ADHD and BInge eating disorders. So I took it for 5 days (100mg) and I couldn't continue because it was giving me paranoia. I went again and took it for two more days, and nope, I didn't like it. So, when I was on the pill, I notice that suppressed my hunger, I was happy with that! But after deciding to not take it OMG those first three days all I want was eat! I'm more controlled right now, but I want it to share that I had the same side effect. I'm also going to do some mix like contrave but with ritalin. Will see how it goes.
Your videos are very encouraging. I started December 30, 2019 so far so good.

I love Fitness Blender! I used to do kettlebell exercises several times a week and they have great videos using them. I just started working out again and bought their Low Impact beginner plan. It's tough to fit workouts in between work and kids!
How do you not get nauseous on the Contrave? You appear to be doing really well on it! I couldn’t make it past day one due to the nausea and fatigue! It was severe
