    Field of View, Slice Thickness
Receiver Bandwidth: Wide vs. Narrow Receiver Bandwidth
Scan Matrix (Phase and Frequency): Pixels vs. Voxels
    NEX / NSA / Concatenations.
MR Math: Pixel size, Voxel size and volume, Larmor equation, SNR, Q+A
Pulse Sequence design (PSD): (60 mins)

Gradient Warp, Magnetic Susceptibility, Metal, Herring Bone, Annefact. Q+A
    Post-Test
    Webinar Objectives
At the conclusion of the course, the participants should be able to:
Understand the definitions of T1 and T2 relaxation (Intrinsic Tissue Parameters), TR, TE, Flip Angle, TI and ETL (Intrinsic Scan Parameters) affect image contrast. The concepts of the “Image Quality Triangle”, and the “Image Weighting Triangle” will be explained.
The Technologist will better understand the various Geometric scan parameters and their effects on Signal to Noise, and Resolution.
The student will better understand the structure of the various “line Diagrams” or PSDs, the order of events in a sequence and what makes each sequence unique. In addition, the attendee will have a better understanding and be able to perform/solve the various “math” problems that may be asked during advanced certification exams.
At the end of this section, the participant will better understand the cause and corrections of artifacts commonly seen in everyday MR scanning.

I just passed the MRI board at Doral location in Miami this morning with a preliminary score of 90. And I really just wanted to come here and tell everyone who is reading this... that this video was quintessential in my board prep. For which I thank everyone involved in the production of this video. 🎉🎉

I have no experience, but I am interested in MRI and want to be admitted into a competitive MRI program.
Would you say that a person with zero knowledge/background can get accepted into this modality? Or is a previous background expected for consideration of an MRI program?

On a personal note, I’m an X-ray tech that cross trained in MRI. I’m sitting for my boards in a couple days for MR. I’m also currently being cross trained into CT. So I can speak from my experience. I’ve spoken to many MRI techs that wish they would’ve started with X-ray so they could do what I’m doing.
