Mi left one stopped working when i try to hard reset doesn't happen nothing if i keep the not working one in the case, it lets me hard reset only the one working😭😭

about a month ago i have been facing this issue where the left earbud stops playing audio although its showing me that its connected and its charging properly, it can even pause or change the sound profile (ANC) when double tapped etc.. the only way it can start playing audio is when i push it backwards or upwards inside my ear which is weird

@@sywisy928 ,,, I cleaned it with a toothbrush and alcohol, brush it gently, sometimes it just dust and makeup filled in the small holles

I found this on Reddit:This is extremely disgusting, I know, but if you wipe off the earbud (thoroughly), then put it in your mouth and suck on it as hard as possible for a few seconds, it somehow makes it work. I found this on Reddit and thought it was total crap, but it actually worked.
I tried by resetting the headphones, cleaning them with alcohol but not worked. And then I found this I tried it out and it worked instantly after.
Just make sure you clean 1st the buds and reset it and do the sucking thing

My right worked after i reset it and try to other phone. Then it works.but not it comes back the right not working i see when i put the right earpods on charging dock the light is not turning on i think the right earbud is not charging that is why.

My right earbuds still not working.
I see 2 redme bluetooth on my phone bluetooth settings 1 is 100% and the second 1 is 0%. When i connected at 100% the left earbuds is working and right is not working. But when i connected to 0% both not working..thanks

@@mariammunir4763 i tried on my sister's phone and both left and right works. Then i reset also on my phone it works both also. But once i off my Bluetooth then On again the 1 earbud again is working and i tried again on my sisters phone same 1 earbud is playing.maybe there is a product incompatibility or error
And i recognize once i insert the left earbud on casing the light turns on immediately but the right earbuds lights delay or sometimes no light.maybe the right earbuds not always recognize the casing.
