Never underestimate the power of being a young parent. Being the Mom of 3 under 3 before I was 21 was a blessing. We didn’t have $$$ BUT had tons of energy to be able to spend quality time with the kids. My children are now extremely close as well as their children(10 total) are all best friends. They are educated, have wonderful careers and know the value of money.

The way my parents explain this, a real estate agent would urge building the basement before selling. It do seem like once the basement is finished, the house will be great for everyone, even if baby #4 ( maybe #5)happens.
My husband can be nosey for gifts so I’ve learned if it’s from somewhere he’d know exactly what it is I just buy a gift card or use pay pal or something because we have separate pay pal accounts instead of the true bank account!

It is a slippery slope to talk about current events and many CZcamsrs decide to stay away from topics that cause nasty comments. This sweet family doesn’t need to deal with everything going on in this world.
