    I been with you guys for a month now and wow with good eating and your routines my body is feeling and looking different. I would have never thought in a million years that resistance bands could kick my butt the way they have it’s unbelievable. If I ever meet you guys I want to give you two a big fat hug !!!!!!

    Been working out with you every morning on a couple of you're videos for biceps and triceps, but i have to say my arms are nearly twice as big 😮 my arms where skinny.. NOT NOW💪 love you're workouts bro keep them coming 😉💪💪🥵

    Just finished this workout. Thanks for posting.
    Slight comment, the ads in the middle were brutal. 4ish ads, and it would kick in mid reps, and if I didn't hit skip the ad would continue for 2 minutes. Tough when you start (or prepping to start) a movement, then have to stop to skip an ad. Please consider having the ads in only the beginning or end of the workouts.

      Thanks Adam, it should be good to go now. We do not want any ads during the workout but sometimes CZcams does not save the setting properly.
