Wouldn't it be nice to protect our most valuable things (our children) with our money instead of giving it to corrupt governments who care nothing about US? Dementia Joe Biden and the criminal democrats will now try to past more anit-gun laws while promoting the defund the police narrative and refuse to impose the death penalty for these types of crimes while doing doing nothing about the Real problems! We do not need more gun laws! There is already over 2000 of them and criminals do not follow the law! The criminal democrats really want to promote the idea of taking ALL guns from all Americans and make US rely on the government to keep US safe. A concept that they clearly fail at .

    As a 90's kid, I am SO grateful that I made it out of the private/public school system right by the skin of my teeth when these school shootings really started taking off in the early to mid 2000's. Even back in elementary school, we would do "drills" for stuff like this, (a lot of it is fridge horror, most of us were just following what the teacher said). We'd get some ominous announcement on the intercom that "the time has come", the teacher would put some strip of paper over the small glass window on the door, and we'd basically just be quiet as possible and get as far away from the doors as we could while some "spooky" unseen faculty came and locked and knocked on the doors. I thought it was kind of a game, but its purpose just made me laugh because I wondered who in the world would want to shoot up a boring school full of us kids bored to death waiting for recess? Oh, how innocent I was. Again, this was back in the 90's and this stuff was almost unheard of.
    I am not having children, but if I did, they would certainly be homeschooled. Sending your kids to school these days is like packing them up to go deploy to a warzone, and they are the sitting ducks. And ANY school can be the target. Any time, any month, any hour. So, it's either that or send your kid to school in an armored bus and to a school that is like the state pen. That's what it's come to. Frick this world.

And to the teachers that passed away we thank you for being there for the children and guiding them up to heaven. And to the families of the teachers we are so sorry for your loss

      Wouldn't it be nice if dementia Joe Biden would have spent the $40 BILLION that he just signed away to provide more security in Ukraine to SECURE our SCHOOLS with police officers??

    My little one is graduating first grade in a week, as a virtual student, and I was going to send him back to the regular school, for next year. Not anymore...I live nextdoor to the elementary school he'd attend only to have seen police get shot outside recently and it go on lockdown and then this happens in Texas, not to mention the other horrors in schools recently that I've been pushing out my mind thinking, not here, not us. I live in a quiet place and not a place you'd ever think to see a police shooting, nor the other atrocities. This is NOT how I grew up. And not how I want him to grow up... But at least I know he will grow up, even if it means I let fear control my decision to school him at home again. Knowing my little one is safe with me.... is priceless. My heart aches for those families who will never get that opportunity and for the fact that we have gotten to the point of making these decisions in the first place. 😭💔

  • @kuroyukihime1
    @kuroyukihime1 Před 2 lety +19

    The fact that he was just able to walk in is an issue in its self. At my high school here in Michigan, we have doors that lock on the outside, some areas such as the office have bulletproof glass, and you are required to show your ID in front of a camera at all the main entrances, we have security and police on on campus throughout the school day and even in the morning/ end of school. I understand that not every school district has the budget, but the fact that he just strolled on in? Shows that security isn’t the top priority.
    I’m so tired of hearing “we never expected it to happen here” cause you have to expect it to happen and prepare for it, it’s the country we live in. Until something is done, every school district in the country needs to make security a top priority, something as little as a locked door could have prevented or detoured him from even entering the building in the first place.
    Why don’t we just let teachers arm themselves. We can never get rid of guns in this country, it’s our second amendment right, that people will fight over to the end. So if we can’t get rid of them, why don’t we have a system in place to allow teachers to apply and carry in the case of another situation like this, the teacher can defend themselves and the students.
    Just my 2 cents. If we don’t do anything, ANYTHING, then this will continue to happen.
    And remember, no matter how close-knit your community is, there will always be a threat such as this, so it’s better to prepare than to be too late.

First the Uvalde school door was left unlocked, then it was not. I've watched at least five victims family members interviewed and not one tear shed yet, which is kinda strange (same in Sandy Hook, Pulse, Aurora, ETC) They are going after our 2nd amendment rights to usher in the NWO Marxist regieme when the world economies collapse by next year.
