@@MasterNura that's far in the future. After the earth tribe, I'm sure his next adventure will be to the fire tribe's. Then maybe it will be in the space while simultaneously unlocking his avatar state.
I was today years old when I found out that Jaby and Greg from reel rejects are BROTHERS.
It’s so funny bec in the past when I’d look up movie reviews/ reactions, both channels would pop up and I’d watch from both and honestly mix these two up all the time bec of how similar they looked to me.
Finally I’d seen each enough that my brain no longer mixed them up. me @ myself: “they’re two completely different strangers with no relation to each other. The fact that they look similar and do similar content is a mere coincidence”
Only to find out so many years later that they’re BLOOD BROTHERS LMAOOOO.

Yeah you also have to think about the fact that Jake may have gained the respect of the Omaticaya tribe but these guys don’t really have a bunch of history with him. They know he’s different based on his looks, and it looks like although Tonowari and Ronal start to grow a bit of tension because he’s still fairly new to all this and the family as a whole doesn’t really know the culture of the Metekyina. Any kind of trouble Lo’ak kicks up will ultimately reflect on Jake. Lo’ak looks like Jake, and it seems like the Metekyina have never met an Avatar born Navi so of course they will be a bit prejudiced at first.
I actually don’t think that there is going to be a jealousy situation. It looks like it’s Tsireya’s ( the girl Lo’ak likes) brother, Aonung ( the guy with the bun). I think it might just be protectiveness and ignorance at first because we later see they’ve become friend’s.
Going to watch just for the experience....such scale....such imagination is rare and precious.

Them what the people can and can not have. These people are responsible for taking toys r us, k.b. Toys, sears, j.c. Penny. AMC is struggling to this day and barley holding on. Only reason they are still standing is because 3 million Americans everyday working people stepped in and helped.

This reminds me very much of the Planet Of The Apes reboot trilogy, with the hero having a family and a son coming into his own adulthood and the struggles that come with it. Hopefully it will have a better outcome for that son lol

Jake and Neytiri have 3 biological children, 2 adopted (Sigourney’s character and the human teenager). I think the middle biological child is the one with Jake’s DNA since he has five fingers and toes like a human and their oldest and youngest have pure Na’vi physical features like Neytiri

Well we do see her with Jake greeting the Metkayina. I am also looking for some major shit to go down in this film. I totally side with the Na’vi, but I don’t expect Jake and co to make it out of here unscathed. With Quaritch back too oh I am seeing some blood spilled. The stakes must rise. Oh my god I’m giving myself chills thinking about it.

You're Pocahontas point was already kinda done in the fist movie, Neytiri was meant to marry tsu'tey (?) but as you know got with Jake, and tsu'tey did die in the final battle.

Technically you can say that but in reality from my knowledge he had a 2 billion dollar budget for the 4 movies following the first so technucally each movie just has to make 250 million for that movie itself to break even.

The one avatar looked like Stephen Lang. I wonder if they’re having his character come into play. Have his memory saved by the military and put into an avatar or something. Or the spirit of the planet resurrected him as an avatar.

Why do the Na'vi always seem impressed with their world's ocean life? We're two trailers in and we often see them in water looking at or playing with the ocean life like they're seeing it for the first time.
I think they're are showing Jake's family.
because Omaticaya (Jake's tribe) is a forest tribe. their interactions with the water world of pandora has been limited unlike the metekyina(the new ocean tribe).

Is it just me or does it feel like many franchises are coming up with storylines related to water and water civilizations. It started with aquaman, then black panther wakanda forever and now avatar!!!
Water is difficult to animate. It takes crazy hours to render and takes a lot of time and effort to get real looking CG water. You won't be seeing a lot of water movies in the near future unless they have insane budgets like Marvel and James Cameron/Avatar.
Isnt jake's son going through same kind of journey he went through, outcast with new people to learn their ways and gets a girl who teaches him

The Avatar-Pocahontas "story" happened a thousand times all across the globe for as long as people are traveling.
our Navi are definitely prettier than the new Navi
They're all Navi, but different clans. Jake & Neytiri's clan is the Omaticaya clan aka the forest tribe. Here we're being introduced to the Metkayina clan aka the water tribe. They're the only clan to have tattooed skin and their eyes are blue instead of yellow. their skin color is lighter and they have diferently shaped hands and tails that help them swim underwater. I like the fact that the Metkayina are more Maori looking.

The conflict between Humans and Na'vi is something we'll likely see continuing throughout this franchise, however one big thing that was also touched on in the first movie is racism and just overall acceptance of people that are different. In the last movie, we had Jake as the Outcast, now it is his son that seems to struggle with trying to fit in (see the moment were he holds up his hand and shows his 5 fingers cuz Na'vi normally only have 4) Of course now that Jake & Neytiri have kids, the family aspect also plays a big role.
As per jabys take... The girl and tribe issue, he is really getting influenced by k Jos movies and panchayati issues...

You do realize that at some point everyone on the planet was wearing animal skins, braiding their hair, and stabbing things with sticks right? That includes using beads, hand woven clothes, etc. So unless they're literally copying a traditional dance or something it's all fair play.
James Cameron is the premiere epic movie maker of our time. His movies have never failed. BUT! I hope he hasn't injected any white priviledge or woke nonsense and kept his craft pure. There was a little bit of it in the first Avatar but not too much to make it unenjoyable. My fingers and toes are crossed.
Somebody hasn't watched the first movie that is literally a carbon copy of the innumerable "natives suffering from white imperialism but fighting back" stories but in an alien planet....
