How to make a real pumpkin keg! Have the full flavor of roasted pumpkin and spices. This video shows you how to make a pumpkin keg that tasted delicious and you'll be the life of the party.
The spice rub I used was consists of brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Tools you will need...
Knife for carving off top of the pumpkin.
Spoon for removal of seeds.
Heavy duty tin foil for insulation.
Watermelon tap kit for tapping the pumpkin.
Barbecue or gas grill.
This will take about an hour and a half, depending on pumpkin size. The pumpkin I used handled about 438 oz. That would be about 36.5 12 oz beers.
This technique can be use to make a keg for mixed drinks.
