- Stewed Pork Rolls and Eggs
Hello everyone.
This time, I made simple stew dish using thin sliced pork and eggs.
It’s very soft and delicious.
Let’s cook together !
Ingredients
350g sliced pork belly
6 eggs
50cc water
2g dashi powder (Ajinomoto Hondashi)
30cc soy sauce
20cc sake
20cc mirin
10g sugar
Recipe
・First, let’s make boiled eggs.
Insert a pin underneath the egg and make a hole.
・Eggs into boiled water and boil them 8 minutes.
Then remove eggs into cold water, and cold.
Peel eggshells.
・Next, sprinkle salt and pepper, and flour on the pork.
・Roll the pork.
・Cook the pork in a pot until brown.
・Remove excess pork oil.
・Add water, dashi powder, sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar, and cook them.
・Add boiled eggs, and cook.
・Stew them lightly, then turn off heat.
・Cover and let it sit for 20 minutes over.
・Reheat it again before eating.
Cut boiled eegs.
Serve on a plate.
