The crew of China’s Shenzhou-17 returned to Earth on April 30, 2024. After completing their six months in orbit aboard the Tiangong space station, the three astronauts were succeeded by the Shenzhou-18 crew, who arrived a week before their return. The China National Space Administration also plans to launch the Chang’e 6 lunar probe to collect samples from the dark side of the moon sometime in early May.

I remember when Tang Hongbo was the junior 3rd member of the mission. Now he has finished his job as commander. Congrats to all 3 returning taikonauts on a perfect job. smooth as clockwork which is exactly what we Chinese want to see. No dramas.. just quiet hard work and ever advancement. No need for USA and West or India etc to keep getting more and more scared than they already are or more jealous and spiteful. Work hard to advancement china and humanity. Your place in history is guaranteed regardless of the haters. China's time will come even if the haters don't recognize our hard work currently and just bash China for copying or deride our hard work and achievements.

- Tiangong is only 1/5 of ISS size and lasts only 10 years, a third of ISS lifespan.
