The particle cannon is like the magnetic satellite(so like you are dropping a unit at a certain place), once you drop it, you need to select it and then order to move.
@@zoom3000 I think the lighting & electric particle effects covers the arrows. And just like Julio said, you can click or drag to select it when a particle beam shoots through the target location. Controlling the beam is a bit faster than magnetic satellite.
if you are allowed to repair neutral buildings as well like in red alert then you can really have a good fortified front line. but again watch out for building clearing methods, tactics and weapons.

Well, you need to do 2 main things: first: download the mod, and put it into your C>Users>(your user name)>documents>Red Alert 3>Mods Then go to your Red Alert 3 surtcut exe file > right click > properties > add to destenetion " -ui" and save. It should looks like this: ""D:\Games\Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" -ui" Then click the game shortcut again > game browser > mods > choose your mod and launch it
That Particle Cannon might be the most glorious thing ever. The sound is probably my favorite part 😁😁
