I would elevate the potatoes out of the water, so they are not too water logged, just my suggestion, otherwise, it looks very good.
Thanks for this recipe. I live the simple ones. Potatoes were great, chops were a little tougher than I'd prefer. Maybe next time I'll cook them a little longer.
You are welcome! It also depends on the type of chops, some are tougher than others no matter how long you cook them. Try cooking for 5 more minutes next time, see if you like it better
