    hi, how about date picker in libreoffice writer? I tried but when i-export it to pdf, it just a simple text box. I would like to present it with dropdown control. thanks

    Thanx! After converting .odt to .pdf, on original .odt file, i can't make changes on text fields or checkboxes. The Form menu is grayed-out. Why is that?

    Hi great video, have you any idea how to edit incorrect names, company info in office libre CSV file. I have CSV files with email addresses etc but not all contacts have written their correct names. Instead there are random numbers or incomplete names. Can anyone tell me how to sort out my file into clean lists with correct names? Thanks Jason.

    Double clicking on text box does not bring its properties table up.

    How to make the filled in data go to database for mail label and other data got to different data base (say in that data base I have file # and notes of what was ordered and how many.

    When I add a text box it shows in blue lines and then it disappears. I'm struggling :-/

    I created it then added the pdf to google drive and I can't fill it. I don't see the fill option, do you recommend any android app? adobe fill and sign is terrible.

      Did you tick the "Create PDF Form" option in the PDF-export window? That did the trick for me.

    One field is noted as REQUIRED but can you MAKE it a required field? I'm having problems with this.... Excellent video though!

      Yes you do, if you want to create a form where it you want to enter something in the NAME field in page 1, and you what whatever you entered to appear automatically in another page with the NAME field. LibreOffice doesn't let you do that.
